Very good product. Unflavored with no fishy taste/aftertaste. I don’t use a full packet each time. One-quarter packet works fine for me, so I end up with 4 servings to one packet. Twenty packets to a box. Non-GMO Project Verified with symbol on front of the box; this way you know there were no bioengineered products added to the product. Product can be added to any drinkable liquid, stir, and drink. For me, I would add to juice, water, or a smoothie. Not sure if the Marine collagen would work well in hot beverages. Sits well with the stomach, the texture is finely ground so mixes smoothly, no chemical or lab-added ingredients. The collagen adds good protein to the body and helps to plump up the skin. As far as for pain relief, if the product is used on a daily basis, eventually the collagen begins to build up the tendons and ligaments and helps with cushioning the areas between the bones to provide some relief. I am not a doctor and I can only suggest what it has done for me regarding pain relief.

Great Product to try out if you are looking for Hair Regrowth after undergoing hair thinning and enhancing Skin glow and complexion. Did not see any difference in joint pain though but worth trying it out. Cons: Cost is on the higher side than the Bovine one and I hope it could be less.

Been taking for almost a month. Not seeing any noticeable results regarding skin or joints. I mix it with my large water bottle that I sip through the day. I mix it with a handheld frother which does a better job getting the clumps out. Has no smell initially. However, I noticed that if left long enough it develops a foul smell in the container. So I drink it fast enough before this happens. Hopefully with further use I will see some meaningful changes in skin, hair, nails and joints. Finally, it is quite pricey.

I bought Vital Proteins Collagen Marine Peptides because I read it helps with pain. I walk a minimum of 7 miles a day and 10 miles maximum and my body just couldn’t keep up with the daily mileage and my ankles kept making popping sounds while walking. Also my knees would be in pain everyday and I’d always end up applying ice several times a day or take pain relievers. I’ve been using it for 2 months and the ankle sounds have disappeared. I feel completely happy my knees feel normal again without having to apply ice or even elevate my knees above the heart.
It’s definitely pricey for the amount of powder you receive but I can’t imagine myself going back to the old days when I was experiencing pain on a daily basis. The container came sealed but without a measure spoon. I had to buy the spoon separately. That was somewhat of an inconvenience considering the costumer wants to use this right away.
When it comes to the smell or taste, I don’t particularly smell nothing resembling fish. Does it have a certain flavor? Not at all! I like to drink it in smoothies and tea. It’s perfect because it dissolves absolutely great in hot tea or cold, blended smoothies.
I’ve not seen any changes in my hair or skin yet. Maybe after a year I can come back and update this review.
