My period started a few days ago and I’ve been feeling all sorts of out of whack. I can’t focus, I’m irritable (I was mean to my boyfriend for no reason and he never deserves that) and I have a hazy, out-of-control feeling at all times. Honestly I felt disabled. Is anyone else’s period like that? I’m also super bloated too or maybe I’ve gained weight.
Anyway, I took a pill when it arrived. I’m not a professional at taking pills, so I felt it slowly make its way down my throat. I could feel every bit of the smooth but dry outside casing, very slowly inching down my tube. But the results were pretty fast. My focus came back and I felt normal. That’s an awesome result. It lasted the day too.
Now, each day I try to take the recommended two capsules per day but I keep forgetting to take the second one. I guess one’s enough to make me feel that much better. It’s such a pricey supplement, but it works really well, at least for menstruation.
Something I really, really love and that (personally) compelled me to order this is that the makers of this supplement prioritize ethical and humane treatment of animals and fairness for farmers and workers. Bonus, they also prioritize healthy soil.

The probiotics for women supplement that we received matches its description. The supplement is in a large capsule form and the packaging says the the probiotic is formulated with 10 probiotic strains including proprietary Bacillus subtilis AB22. Also disclosed is that there is 16.3mcg of Vitamin D3, and lists the “superfood blend” and “probiotic blend” components. Other than the packaging showing “USDA Organic” and “regenerative organic certified”, I don’t see any mention of where the supplement is manufactured or packaged. The bottle does state “including ingredients grown on ancient farms in SummerTown, TN and Koshkonong, MO”.

Such an amazing comprehensive women’s probiotic. Price is subjective. I recognize that it is priced higher than some, but the blend and multitude of strains justifies the price. I have often used Garden of Life RAW Probiotics Vaginal Care because its raw and shelf stable, but comparison cannot be made. The 2 products are apples and oranges. The brilliant blend of fungi provides incredible immune and overall wellness support. I am a loyal customer of Ancient Nutrition and have been using their products since approximately 2015 or 2016, starting with their bone broths. The company continues to evolve and grow with their product offerings, and this is yet another that does not disappoint. Their quality is exceptional. Not to mention the organic nature. I appreciate the company’s transparency and commitment to quality, efficacy, and customer satisfaction. Can not speak more highly of the product and the company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Two decades of taking probiotics/prebiotics to help with a sensitive gut, and this is one of the better ones I’ve taken. It comes in an easy to swallow capsule, medium sized, and has not caused any bubble-gut, yucky burps, or gastro issues. These work for me in keeping my gut biome happy. I can tell when I have missed taking my daily pro/prebiotics because I get a little gassy and feel bloated, which is a signal to me that my gut balance is out of whack. The only negative with this Ancient Nutrition brand is the higher than average price.

I love to support my body with high quality supplements and during this new season of life, going through menopause, I’m finding that sometimes I’m at odds with my body. Weight gain, low energy, hot flashes, general discontent — all par for the menopause course. Ancient Nutrition is a reputable company and the combination of organic certified ingredients in this blend definitely piqued my interest.

There is plenty of information about vitamin D and these mushrooms online as super valuable additions to our health for both men and women. I’ve been taking them for 2 years and feel darn good at my advanced age, and adding these probiotics addresses digestive support as well. Yay.
The probiotics here are a better variety and combination than I’ve found in the past. These advanced aids to our well-being give me hope that we can age even better and longer while remaining in good health along the journey.
I only hope my budget can keep up with the higher cost, :-). If not, I’ll still take them, maybe one every two days if necessary. I really like this product.
