I used to use the Plum Flower Free & Easy Wanderer Plus. I took the recommended 8 pills 3 times per day for a total of 24 per day. With the Kan Free and Easy Wanderer product I take the maximum recommended on the bottle which is 2 tablets 3 times per day for a total of 6 per day. Both products have been very effective for both my anxiety and mood. The Plum Flower has the word “plus” at the end which means it includes a couple more herbs, but I feel just as good with the Kan product which does not add in those herbs. I believe that the Kan product does have most of the herbs contained in free and easy wanderer plus. The reason I switched to Kan is because Plum Flower lists talc as an ingredient and although that might be safe, I would prefer to not ingest it. As for costs, both bottles cost about the same ($45) but Kan lasts about 50 days at the maximum dose whereas Plum Flower lasts about 42 days. With either brand, give it about 2 weeks to work. And take it every day, not just as needed. Clinical trials have demonstrated pretty good effectiveness.

I had to leave my review that I had received a bad batch of this. I’ve purchased many times before but this last time (ordered July 2023), they had zero effect on my hormonal mood problems and had an off smell, just not fresh. I think what I got was expired because the seal was broken and the pills still appeared the same as the other bottles I’ve received but it was much much weaker in smell. Amazon did me right though, and refunded.
Usually, these help my hormonal imbalances so much. But with menopause dawning, I’ve had to change formulas to Free and Easy Wanderer Plus. Note the plus, because it makes a good difference! I wish Kan made a variety of Free and EAsy Wanderer Plus!

I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve repurchased these. I wish they were not so expensive, so I could buy them for my friends and family. I take 2 every day to help my PMS (PMDD) symptoms, and these help a lot.

I’ve been going through a 6 month long breakup- cyclying of space taking him back then huge letdown again (he’s a narcissist). Anyway, long story short, I had been taking another brand, eh… I feel good knowing I’m being proactive. But I decided I was worth the big bucks for this brand. Anyway, THANK GOD I treated myself. I FEEL FREE! Totally understand the name now.. so over this relationship finally, this fast forwarded me to where I needed to be to finally let go. It makes sense, my clinging caused the stagnation, or exacerbated it, coupled with angry heat.. feel so much better wish I had this a long time ago! I will never take another brand. Felt like it was placebo effect (with cheaper brand) but there is a remarkable difference with this. This is my new best friend. For real!

I was previously using Plum Flower Free and Easy Wanderer, but stopped because they use Talcum in their product (however I should note that I was very happy with the effects of the Plum Flower product). As the service size suggested, I took 2 Kan pills in the morning – it made me feel terrible! I felt very flat, lethargic, and somewhat dazed. Eventually the effects wore off and I felt normal the rest of the day. Worried that I’d feel that way again, I stopped taking Kan for a few days and went back to Plum Flower. This morning, I decided to try it again and took only 1/2 of ONE pill. So far I’m feeling only mild effects of what I felt when I took 2 pills… maybe I just need to ease my way into the dosage? I absolutely don’t want to feel flat and dazed, which is why I’m worried about taking this product. Perhaps the Kan mixture of herbs is MUCH MUCH stronger than the Plum Flower version? Has anyone had this experience with this product, and can you offer any suggestions for dosage? Thanks!

For years I used the Free and Easy Wanderer by Plum Royal, which is much cheaper, but after reading some reviews and doing some research into the Kan Herbs company, I decided to spend the extra money and try their version. I’ve got to say, Kan’s version is so much more potent, the Plum Royal version feels like a placebo by comparison. I don’t recall ever feeling any better using the PR version, even though I used them consistently for many months at a time over a period of about 12 years, I was just taking them because they were recommended by an acupuncturist, and I figured they were probably having some subtle effect that I was unaware of. So these Kan ones really blew me out of the water, because I started feeling the effects right away, the first day. I feel a calm and loving sense of relaxation, and have a better attitude towards life. I got them to help me quit smoking. I’m gradually weaning myself off cigarettes (currently at 2/day, down from 10/day 3 wks ago), and these herbs are helping keep me in a good, calm mood and I’m having no trouble sleeping. Taking these herbs isn’t the only thing I’m doing to work on my mood; I’m also meditating daily, doing yoga regularly, eating less sugar, etc., but I was doing all of those things before I started taking the pills, so I can say with certainty that they have a pronounced effect. I don’t think they’re a substitute for doing other healthy things, but they’re a wonderful, potent aid.
Bottom line: are these worth the extra cost? In my experience, ABSOLUTELY!

I don’t write a lot of reviews but this product has been great! I bought my first smaller bottle from my acupunturist and it worked so well for my pms, I looked and found a cheaper version but that brand (uses talcum) totally messed me up. So, I went back to the Kan Herbs brand and got this bigger bottle. I have not had any pre-menstrual symptoms such as cramps, migraines, or fatigue since taking this. My concentration has also improved and I can focus on my work more. I used to have neck pain too and it magically disappeared since I started taking this. I am tiny, so I only take 2 pills once a day and that does the trick for me.
