I decided to add the Glucosamine. The Tumeric/Ginger combo works great. I have arthritis in my lower back with stenosis. The product doesn’t take away the pain… but it helps to make things tolerable. I am hoping the addition of Glucosamine will help more. Prompt service as usual.
Additional perspective: I had a doctors appointment this week. My blood work showed normal cholesterol levels. I have to say that I was a bit late in getting my appointment in, so I was out of my Statin drug for my cholesterol. I am always have high cholesterol. So the only change in my diet has been the Turmeric. My doctor canceled the prescription for the Statin drug. I have been borderline high blood pressure too. My blood pressure has been consistently in the normal range as well.
I have always been a skeptic about most things. I am a believer now. I can’t imagine how I would be feeling without this supplement. This has helped me in many ways.

For some reason the pills, which are fairly large, have a hard time going down my throat.
I got a pill stuck one time and kept swallowing water to push it down. The pill must’ve opened up in my throat because when i burped from drinking all the water all the turmeric went flying out my mouth like a fire breathing dragon haha! My husband looked at me like wha the… and we both cracked up laughing. Funny moment but back to the pills. Now I just put a little coconut oil on them and they go down fine. It’s a good product really purchase it.

I have been using these for about a month. I do not notice any change from the previous product that I used in terms of joint pain/stiffness, etc. These do, however, taste… well, strong. Takes some getting used to. Honestly will probably switch back to my regular brand.

The product showed up exactly as described on site 👍. I work a lot of hours in the warehouse so it was nice to take this supplement and have less ache than usual which is attributed to its joint and muscle support. I did also notice a little more clarity and calmness, which is great for running a sometimes chaotic work operation 😂😂😂.

And it offers some relief to bones and joints without taking aspirins and aleeve all day which can be brutal on your gut and liver.

I had been having an arthritis problem with my left foot for months. I had been renting a knee scooter to get around because I would go weeks without being able to put any weight on my foot. I knew that turmeric was good for pain and inflammation so I went in search of something that might help. I came across this that had Glucosamine and decided to give it a try.
I bought one bottle and then stopped using it once that bottle ran out to see if it was just a coincidence that that the pain subsided when I started taking these. Within about 2 weeks of stopping them, I noticed the pain and inflammation starting to return in the part of my foot that hurt, which I had injured 30ish years ago when I was in middle school. I bought another bottle and haven’t had any issues since.
I have noticed that it doesn’t really matter when I take them. I tend to take 2 per day, right at bed time and they seem to be effective. As long as the foot pain stays away, I will continue to take these because they do seem to be helping. They are also helping with some knee pain I was having too.

This has helped my inflammation as I take it daily. I know it is helping since I have tried to stop to help me ok now it is this product that has helped me. When I have stopped within days I feel the aches and pain return. Clearly it has helped with my symptoms.
