My son started taking this when he was 13, and at 14 &1/2 I can say that he grew almost 4 inches! Now to be fair, I don’t know if that would have happened anyway which is why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars, but I do believe this helped–alot! He is now 5’8 and wears a size 11 shoe which indicates he may get taller still and he has several more years of regular growth time before we can officially say he is through growing. He is now the same height as both my husband and myself and significantly taller than all of his grandparents who are between 5 foot even and 5’5, with the exception of my father who is 6’4. At the end of the day it is hard to determine how much the pills helped or if he was already genetically predisposed to having such a large growth spurt in a year but I’m glad we tried it and I’m glad we did it while he was still a young teen because I was concerned that with the majority of his extended family being shorter (including his older sisters who never grew past 5’4 and 5’5 respectively) that he would stay on the shorter end of the spectrum as well. If you are on the fence (especially because of the price) I would say to keep in mind there are no guarantees and genetics will probably still outweigh any kind of vitamin supplement, but it also won’t hurt and gives some much needed nutritional value. My son has had no issues taking it and seems to maintain his energy and stamina throughout the day.

My 10 year old son has taken 2 pills everyday since October 2020 (currently he has taken the vitamins for 8 months) and unfortunately, grew only 2 inches. My son has trouble swallowing the large capsules so for 7 months, I would open the capsule, dump the powder into water, stir, and my son would quickly drink it (the powder was completely tasteless and didn’t smell). In the 7 months, he only grew 2 inches (the average growth rate of any child). Although he didn’t grow much, I kept having my son take the pill because of the vitamins. In May, I received my regular bottle of capsules and the coloring and smell was definitely different. The color was much more brown and the smell was pungent. I tried mixing it with water, and my son refused to take it because the smell was so pungent and thus, the taste. I contacted customer service and all in all, they told me to mix it in orange juice or something thicker than water. I tried orange juice and apple sauce but the taste and smell was too overpowering. He didn’t take any of the vitamins that month. I had hoped in June the pills would be back to normal. I received my bottle today and the color and smell is still brown and pungent, respectively. All in all, I cancelled my subscription and am returning the bottle today. It never resulted in an increase in growth for my son and now he won’t even take the vitamin because of the taste and smell.

I am 13 and a Female. Used to be 5 foot…I am 5’7 after 3 Years of Using this Stuff Two times a Day, Not sure if it was this stuff specifically that Helped me Grow my Bones but I was also eating 60 Grams of Protein Daily. And shilajit. My Brother used to Make fun of me Because of my Height so I independently got these. now I’m taller than him.. he’s 5’5 and 17. My joints hurt all the time Because of the bones growing, Easy to swallow, Doesn’t really have a Smell. Tastes like Chocolate.
