Great tasting gummy. I like that they are firmer and don’t get stuck in your teeth. Plus these are whole food vitamins and they worked well. Kids like them and take them without complaining about the taste. Don’t expect these to be like the cheap gummies you get at walmart; they are high quality and no added sugar but I like these much better.

I have really been enjoying these elderberry gummies. I’d been getting a different brand for the past year or so, but it hasn’t been available lately so it was time to try something different. I’ve been impressed with these so far. The taste is actually great. Normally when it comes to stuff like this I will take it even if it’s not pleasant, simply because I know it’s good for me and the taste isn’t really what it’s about. But with these, I look forward to eating them not just for the benefits, but because they’re yummy. The first ingredient is apple puree, and I definitely get that flavor. I was a little worried because there is zinc included in these, and most of the time when I take zinc it makes me feel nauseated afterwards. But I haven’t had any issues with that at all, even when I take them on an empty stomach. So that’s an exciting added benefit, since this will be a great way to get zinc into my system, especially during cold and flu season. There is also vitamin C in them, so they’re a triple threat.

I’ve been taking elderberry to boost my immune system. Taking it in gummie form is an alternative to swallowing a pill or capsule. These gummies have a berry flavor, but they have a rubbery texture. They are not the most pleasant tasting elderberry gummies I have tried. On the plus side, they are organic and have no added sweeteners.
