Vegan Labs R-Lipoic Acid (300MG) is great for the simple reason that it is non-GMO product that is produced with high standards, doesn’t have other useless ingredients, easy to swallow – and it has a great MG dosage. Most R-Lipoic dosage is for 100MG, so I’d have to take at least 2 – So I’m very happy that this is in 300MG dosage. I take this to ease some nerve damage issues and it seems to relax the pain and tremors I have dealt with that are caused by the nerve damage.

It’s hard to find this typically pretty expensive supplement in higher mg than 100 per pill here, which really adds up financially when you’re like me – I have an autoimmune disease and take 1200mg a day split into two doses for the (severe) inflammation. So far I’ve only been able to find two brands on Amazon that offer the 300mg per pill thing without completely breaking the bank. I’ve been buying this particular one for a few months and don’t plan on stopping as long as they offer it for the same price.
As of the supplement itself, I’ve experienced zero side effects, fingers crossed it actually helps with the inflammation a bit over time.

My wife just started taking this product as we were looking for a supplement that was higher dosage than what we were currently using. 300 mg per capsule is a lot easier for her to take than three 100 mg capsules. Price is very reasonable. So far she has not noticed any difference between this product and the other quality product she was using – this is good; that means the quality of this product is comparable to what we were using.
We like that is is Non-GMO, soy-free, CMP certified, and made in USA.

It is hard to find R-lipoic acid at all. Even harder to find 300mg capsules. I can best recommend these Vegan Labs capsules by saying I am a repeat buyer . Price is better then most and Am overall very satisfied with these. The “R” is very important for those looking for this product. Will continue ordering these as needed as I take 1 in the morning and 1 at bedtime.

I was taking it on empty stomach but it makes your pee smell like a skunk (which by the way, means it is a “legitimate” quality R-lipoic acid). So I now take it with a meal every day. Good quality and dosage for the right price.

Product has been outstanding in reducing inflamation and pain in back and knee when taken at clinical trial dosages. 10x more effective than the plain ordinary ALA. This type, R-ALA is the only type to take for inflamation of the nerves. Only wish the individual capsules came in 600mg dose instead of the 300mg.
