I’ve been hearing good things about Lactoferrin. It has many purported benefits including immune and inflammation support. You can read about some of these studies on PubMed. Just a heads up, in some people it can cause some side effects such as mild stomach upset, nausea, and diarrhea. Nutricost has third party testing in place and is based in the USA.

This Supplement is straightforward and only contains 300mg of Lactoferrin as a Main Ingredient. I like that this Supplement absorbs well and is free from GMOs and Gluten.
