I am a person that doesn’t like taking vitamins or meds. When I was told I need to be on hair and nail vitamins I was dreading it. I work pharmacy so I see the size of the vitamins going out. So I knew I needed to find something that would work for me. I didn’t like the red tablets, they tasted funny and pretty large. So I tried the gummy ones and they were ok but left a flavor in your mouth and with covid they were always on back order. When I seen these as an alternative I tried a small one from Walmart. I loved them. I was told to take more 4 in stead of 2 due to my condition. They taste like a normal jelly bean (sweet with fruit flavor) no vitamin taste. Went back to buy more and sold out. I have bout 2 bottles already from Amazon. Soooooo worth it. And yes I see the results with my hair and nails even though I am using them more a different issue as well.

I looked for a something that could help with my thinning hair. I came across theses over a year ago. It was a easy, no after taste, actually felt like a treat to me while helping me with my skin, hair and nails. It has become a little harder to find.

I use to get these at Walmart, but they stop selling them. I was going to get them at another store a little further away but thought to check Amazon first. SO glad I did as this bottle is a 2 month supply but cheaper than what I pay for 2 months at the store. I’m glad I got these again. My nails are so strong and grows so fast. I don’t notice a difference with my hair, but my mom does. I have a hard time swallowing pills so these are perfect for me. Great flavor too!

I was looking for a vitamin to take to try to give my hair more body and my nails more strength and length.
I tried gummies a few times, and every time I did I almost threw up from the horrible texture.
I kept giving them away to family and then finally stopped buying gummies.
I saw these Jelly Beans and had hoped they would truly be jelly bean texture and not gummy.
They ARE jelly bean texture! I was so happy.
You eat them like you would jelly beans. Only, you eat one or two a day, not handfuls! 🙂
They taste good, too.
For me, it took probably about a year to see results.
I think what we have to think about is that they will not give body to hair or strength and length to nails we have when we first start taking them. I think what will be affected is the hair and the parts of nails that grow once we start taking the vitamins. Once our hair has grown longer and nails have grown out from the cuticles to the fingertips we will see the difference. That’s how it was for me.
My hair has never been thick (except when I have had it short), but it has lost body/volume as I have aged.
I now notice more volume.
My nails kept splitting at my fingertips, and they were no longer growing long. They were also thin.
My nails are now growing and are stronger.
Foe me, these work. I take two a day most days. About twice a week, random days, I will take just one.
I am happy I see results and so happy for the jelly bean texture.

Had been using these for a couple of years and loved them. They did wonders for my hair and they taste great. I was sad to see they were out of stock for quite some time and when they finally got restocked, they were accompanied with an outrageous price tag of $40+! No increased amount of product, no ingredient change as far as I can tell, no reason for a 5x increase in price. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering again, unless the price comes down to a reasonable amount. The greed is real with this one, do better Nature’s Bounty!

I actually got these hoping to help my thinning hair to stop thinning so bad. Haven’t noticed much of a difference there but I have noticed a remarkable change in my nails.
I have one nail on my right hand that starts to split when it gets to a certain length. That nail has grown much longer than ever before with no sign of splitting. In fact, all of my nails seem to grow longer and faster since using this product. It also seems like the ridges on my nails are diminishing.
Not sure if it’s the jelly beans or something else but I would say if you are having problem nails, give these a try. They are certainly working for me, at least for my nails.
