Because they’re soft gels, when they arrived, they had combined into a large brick of vitamins. Similar to a box of chocolate candy left in a warm car. I’m not sure, if I’m being honest, whether or not I feel any difference, but my understanding is that D3 helps my calcium absorption, which I take because without my thyroid, my calcium levels are too low. So short story long, easy to swallow and the coconut oil smells really good. No bad aftertaste, and you get a lot for the money. Will buy again if my labs look better than my last one.

I struggle taking pills that are very large on in the plastic type capsules. These are small and easy to take. I will be having my regular blood work in a couple days and I’ll let you know if it’s keeping my Vitamin D level where it needs to be.
