My 7yo son with autism and ADHD has poor sleeping habits and extreme fidgetiness. I have tried OLLY, MaryRuth and Zarbee, and Zarbee is the best out of all in my opinion. I started off with OLLY for 6 months, then MaryRuth for 4 months, and moved onto Zarbee last month.
OLLY was good too – he was sleeping through the night and he became less fidgety. Then his conditions quickly deteriorated with MaryRuth. He had a hard time falling asleep, started waking up around 4-5am, and his fidgetiness was off the charts. His fidgetiness was so bad while taking MaryRuth to the point where he was falling off the chair in the classroom, jumping around in the living room and on the couch while watching TV or playing video games.
But then, after having started Zarbee, his conditions quickly got better. Within a week, he started sleeping through the night again, and he no longer wakes up super early in the morning, his jumping is way more manageable, and he seems calmer at his desk while he studies.
To me, OLLY is as good as Zarbee but I choose Zarbee for its price point. I highly recommend this supplement to any child with autism and ADHD. It might work differently but worth trying.

Was purchased for my 6-year-old. He likes the gummies, flavor is good. I can’t say anything about effectiveness though. He doesn’t take them on a daily basis. Only from time to time
I believe it’s worthy.
Too much sweetness though.

My kid is sooo picky when it comes to medicine or vitamins. The first thing he said upon taking these was, “yummy!” Only specific ingredients such as chamomile and magnesium seem to actually calm him down and we trust Zarbees brand. All around perfect choice. Price is average/affordable as well, as opposed to other products we’ve tried that didn’t work or taste as well.

I give my autistic daughter 1-2 on a school day. She is completely a calmer kid by the time I pick her up. She still is very much active at the appropriate times. Less anger and just overall calmer. Some have concerns of the sugar coated but I feel it makes it taste better for my daughter it took time for her to like the taste. We also use zarbees melatonin sometimes and that’s how I came across zarbees calm to help her gain more attention in school. I personally recommend it if you know zarbees other items have worked

The ingredients work so well for us adults wanted to try for kid and success! Helped ease ro sleep and calm body. Just wish wasn’t a gummy, our dentist prefers they have tablets… Good taste, usual high quality found with zarbees
