I found out I was severely magnesium deficient in the hospital after cancer surgery in recent months and added this into my supplements right away. Amazing changes in my body, internally and externally. If you have trouble swallowing large capsules it may not be for you but I have had several years experience with Seeking Health and great results with their supplements and this one, I have my teenage daughter take as well (and she has trouble with large capsules but trusts the results and has figured out a way to take it). What is great about this is it contains silica, which is important to combine. I am not a doctor so I will not give any advice that goes beyond, it works for my daughter and I and I just ordered my next refill.

I think it’s doing something good for me — my leg cramps are lessened overall. I still get them but they are less painful. But the capsule is giant, over an inch long. If that’s an issue for you, be aware. I think I’d prefer to take two smaller pills, but overall happy with this product. I will definitely buy again.
