It takes a good month for any vitamin to really get into your body and cell to show any results and thiajua no different.

This is the easiest collagen to take, ever. Sweet taste and light texture. The others are thick and taste terrible- this tastes exactly like a grape jolly rancher! But it has a water like texture, so goes down easily. I follow with a shot of liquid silica which is flavorless.
