We discovered this at a Chinese supermarket in Vancouver and loved it. It’s delicious and has that ginger zinginess that prickles on your tongue. We also love ginger and lemon ‘teabags’ from another source but those tend to shed a powdery residue that settles to the bottom of the cup – plus, with those, when you’re travelling, you have a soggy tea bag to deal with afterwards.
The trade-off is, however, packaging. The sachets are, well, sachets, which is not ideal from an environmental point of view. So we tend to use these when we’re out and about and the tea bags at home.
One sachet makes two small cups or one large mug.

These ginger drinks are great! I love the taste. I like to use 2 packets in a cup because the ginger is stronger. . It calms my throat quickly. I like to drink a cup at least once a day.

I’ve made my own iced tea for decades. Years ago, I discovered this lemon / honey / ginger crystals and a little bit goes a long way. I drink the daily. There can be significant health benefits, especially with the ginger, so talk to your health provider if that interests you. I just add it to my tea to give a flavor boost without adding any other sweetener. Honestly, I would be a sales rep for this product if they’d hire me!!! Love, love, love it. Enjoy!

Excellent flavor with a nice strong “bite” from the ginger. The packets are easy to use. Unfortunately obviously it does create landfill plastic waste, but it’s very convenient packaging.

I’d been looking for a hot drink in the evening as coffee is to the morning. This is it. Has a bit of ginger zing but is just sweet enough with lemon, so the balance of flavors is perfect. Not a high-calorie drink like hot chocolate. For those who like the taste of ginger and having something hot to drink, this is the one. I’ve ordered this several times now. It’s also inexpensive. Add the packet contents to hot water, and mix. Easier than boiling a ginger root & adding honey & lemon. It’s probably even healthy, though that’s not why I buy it.
