I was very pleasantly surprised.
It’s easy to heat up in the microwave, and the heat lasts for about 20 minutes. Perfect.
It’s comfortable to wear.
It works well as a (flexible) ice pack as well.
We got the pair and keep 1 in the freezer so that it’s ready to use, and the other one is stored and ready to heat up at a moment’s notice.

I’ve put this in the freezer overnight and it was only a little bit cool, not COLD, so it didn’t help what I purchased it for unfortunately. It is nice quality, and great size. It’s incredibly soft.

I like the soft feel of the material cover. My last was more like canvas It doesn’t hold heat as many hours as my old one but I believe the beads feel smaller. However it holds for a suitable period of time. It does not smell bad. I heat it on a clean plate to avoid burns as per the directions

This product is best used as a hot pack. As other purchasers have stated, it doesn’t work as well as a cold pack, even after being in the freezer for many days. Other than that, the product is very nice used for moist heat. The fabric is soft, the color is pleasant too.
