I’m sure this helps with regular psoriasis. However my issue is scabbing from a reaction to antibody therapy for my cancer. It has not helped my scabs.

I cannot recommend this product enough! I have what I would describe as moderate scaly patches on my scalp that were getting worse by the day. They had gotten so bad I had stopped getting haircuts. I would itch like crazy and the patches were red and scaly and flaky. This product worked amazing! I wish I had taken before and after photos. There is a shampoo version of this product. I have started using both. With incredible results!

I used this product for 3 days (giving it time to “work). I noticed my scales were more and more abundant than ever before and my skin was cracking from the dryness. There is absolutely no moisturizing elements in this. I had really bad results, my skin opened and bled. It left it so dry I had to use various moisturizers to heal my cracked skin. This was so inexpensive, and so easy to use! Honestly, I looked at a lot of other really expensive stuff but I only use this once and just poof. My little spot of psoriasis is absolutely gone. I now have beautiful pink, new scalp!!! it didn’t burn it didn’t smell bad and again I am so grateful. I was starting to think it was going to spread and I was gonna lose hair. Yay!!!
