This is not a cold compress. This is slightly cooler than room temp water. Don’t waste your money- can’t return now that the box is open. What am I going to do with 23 barely cool compresses?? Don’t buy these.

Used these cold paks as a substitute for ice paks when I had no access to a freezer. While they became instantly cold they were not as effective and did not last long.

The product is super portable and works well. It doesn’t get super cold, so absolutely no need to wrap it in a towel to use it. I have found that they last about 15 minutes. I was hoping for the product to last closer to 30, so make sure you get twice as many as you need.

Based on the feedback, we decided to order this one. It gets cold pretty quickly and cover larger area as well. We carry 3 of them for every game just in case and used it so many times during game (baseball). It’s a bit bulky but I highly recommend it for any youth sports activity.

Hard to open cooling feature. Found putting on table or flat rock and pressing down on bag to break inner bag worked better than trying to twist package.
The cooling lasted about 20 min in 105 degree heat on camping trip.
