I’ve bought both the cream and these pills (which melt under tongue). The pills seem to work fast enough.
I have a problem with cramps…especially when very tired or when dehydrated. First learned of these during “Tour de France” a couple of years ago…makes sense…I’m sure bicyclists get a lot of cramps. Before was trying all kinds of stuff (mustard, tonic water, pickle juice) all awful tasting (yuk). This has little or no taste (just a bit chalky…like Tums).
This works wonders…if already in a crams…it helps, but I like to take it as first sign of cramp (i.e. when muscle starts twitching)…so I keep bottle close by (on nightstand or take with me if I know I may be in a situation where I may get dehydrated and/or overly tired).
Recently had knee surgery and had a cramp..was the worst pain ever as it was on the operable leg…that was a close to a “10” that I ever got. I asked my son to get my Hyland’s and the hospital allowed it (better than hearing me yelling from pain and them trying to massage out the cramp).
…this is now my “go to” any time I get a leg cramp…bye bye Tonic Water and Mustard!

Whether you use the dissolves under the tongue or swallow with liquid, they work in about 1 minute. Very small and easy to take.
