This is an absolutely fantastic product! Having suffered from fissures and internal hemorrhoids, I tried the ones in the supermarkets near me. They all burned like hell and I’m pretty sure they made it worse. Tip for anyone else out there, never buy anything with any kind of alcohol, or anything ending in -ol or non vegetable glycerin. It’s also free of all the common irritants that you seem to find in everything nowadays.
This is the only product that has worked for me, the lidocaine and hydrocortisone is very effective at relaxing the muscles, and all the naturally sourced oils help to keep the area moisturized, healing and preventing further fissures. My hemorrhoids have also gown down a bit, not completely but enough that I forget I even had them. Since I had them for almost 10 years, I don’t expect them to dissappear anytime soon though.
Regardless, this is one of the few times the phrase “you get what you pay for” can be said in a positive light. Don’t waste your money on cheap stuff, not for your tushie!
Do keep in mind though, that it should not be kept in warm places or warmed up prior to use, it will cause the oils to separate, as seen in the photo. After I left it sitting in hot water, the oil separated permanently, so only let your body warm it up as you apply it.
(It’s also the perfect thing to use when you want to do some, uh, “stretches” 😉).

I used this right away as the regular formula was adequate but not full relief. Amazon is adding what did I use it for butt I think it’s obvious what is for. And in less than 1 minute there was immediate relief. I’m hoping to get a better nights sleep without the itching and burning being an issue. Good night! Sorry no photos available. This is the second tube I have bought. The first one came out of the tube like cottage cheese. It had been replaced. The second tube came out little better. But upon using the product. It looks like water coming out of the tube at the same time as the cream. I believe the whole batch was bad.

I was so hoping this was going to be a real ointment/cream. However, it’s so hard and dry it takes super strength to push it out of the tube. The expiration date is 2026 so it’s not because it’s old. I’m super disappointed. This is a very, very expensive product compared to others on the market. I will NEVER buy it or anything else from this brand again.

I have never used this product before. I had googled to see which over the counter products worked since Preparation H was like using candy for me and wasn’t helping at all! Googled recommended this product and another which I had used in past but was out. I was hurting horribly so I ordered this cream; I’d never used a cream before and always used suppository. This product was a little pricey but at this point I didn’t care. I wanted relief! I now work remotely from home so this was affecting my job as I sit all day even using a donut to sit in wasn’t helping!
This cream is great! It gave me fast relief and shrunk the external hemorrhoids! I will definitely purchase this again and keep on hand always! I wish I would have found this product before this time!
