First I want to say that I hate nasal sprays with a passion– I’ve never had one that I felt worked and always felt like gagging and throwing up seconds after using them. But after recovering from a mild case of “the big C” this past September I was still stuffed up and having difficulty smelling. I was desperate to get my nasal passages clear again. I had used the Zicam chewables with zinc during my illness and they seemed to help bring back my sense of taste, although things were still sort of bland in flavor due to my stuffed up nose. When I tried this nasal spray, WOW! It really worked to help me breathe better and didn’t make me gag at all. It only took a few days and I was breathing through my nose again. Plus everything started tasting better and stronger than before.
TLDR: This nasal spray has earned a permanent place in my medicine cabinet.
