I’ve tried other OTC creams and ointments for over 30 years. This product really works even better than most of the prescription ointments I’ve used. I still have some red areas but the scaling is completely gone. Yes, it smells bad but for only a short while but it’s worth the smell for as good as it works. I will keep buying it.
Update: the redness has almost completely gone away. I have read through the reviews and I’m sorry this is not working for some people. This is the BEST product I’ve ever found to clear up my psoriasis.

That will do more than this will. But this WILL help your patches and problems a lot.
As a side benefit, it does repel mosquitoes! We are in Florida and mosquitoes are torture. This does have a mild tar smell when first applied. I guess enough that mosquitoes don’t like it.

I used it one time and my leg flared up so bad had it smell so bad you could only use it at night because it stinks My legs are so raw from this stuff that I bought waste of money

My husband is desperate for relief and this does help some. The odor is horrible. He’s says it doesn’t stay moist which he needs moisture for the dry skin.
