So far, this heating pad has proven to be a good purchase. First, I do like that the power cord can disconnect from the pad. The outer material is soft, plush and is not stiff like some plastic heating pads. Likewise, while seeming well made the pad is lightweight and does not give you a weighed down feel. I think of this heating pad while larger than most as a smaller version of an electric blanket with a bit hotter temperature range. I prefer heating pads hotter and this pad has a decent temperature range. I do feel the pad seems to heat up more slowly but does maintain a constant temperature at the level set when reaching it. The auto shut off has worked consistently. No regrets so far with purchase.

It’s long enough to cover your whole back and that is a wonderful thing. I love the color. I love the softness. I love the way I can fold it up and put it away. It’s very handy and it’s a really nice heating pad.

Had this heating pad throughout my pregnancy and it worked like a charm for all my back pain. 2 months after having my son, I still is it for cramps and other pain. Even when I’m slightly cold, I put it on and it warms me up right away. The size is perfect and the quilted pad itself is very soft and comfortable. The heating pad also has an auto off button when it’s been on too long so it won’t over heat. Oh and added bonus, the cord is nice and long.

It covers my entire back, love the weight, and I can even cover lower half of my back and all the way to my knee at the same time. No more using 2 heating pads. The 1 bad thing is the screen is cracked when I received it

I’ve owned this heating pad for over 2 years. I wanted one that got HOT and this one gets REALLY hot. It is huge, has an ultra smooth/soft permanent cover, and you just unplug the cord and throw it in the washer !
Decided to leave this review while I am here to buy another one because my husband is hogging the first one for his back at night. 😜 Buy it, you won’t be sorry.

I have lupus, I have a lot of aches and pains but try to refrain from over the counter pain medications because they upset my stomach – My heating pad is used daily – every night I use it wherever I need it most before I go to bed and I set my alarm a half hour early to use it to loosen up my back before I get up. I always buy a good heating pad, but this is the best I have had by far, it is very plush and comfortable enough to use against even bare skin – there were several nice colors to choose from – i chose navy – for the features on this heating pad the price was fantastic – it has ten different heat settings and time options as well. It has a nice long cord – I was looking for a weighted heating pad since I like how they tend to stay where you want them, this is a really large heating pad – I am a bigger woman if I am laying on my side, it can do both my back and stomach as well as the side which is great, I have had a lot of kidney stones and have had to move my heating pad from the back to front at times to cover both areas, but you can cover a good bit of space with this one. I will without a doubt recommend this product and will purchase from this company again.

The Ambershine Heating Pad looks beautiful and is very functional and comfortable on my bed and/or recliner. I use it for my back pain and my mind is easy knowing that it will automatically shut off when falling asleep. The three biggest selling points for me are that it is larger and can cover my entire spine, that it has several settings for automatic shut off — 30 minutes, 1-1/2 hours or 2 hours, and that it doesn’t bunch up with movement and get creased. The fabric is soft, thick, very comfortable and the teal color is quite pretty, matching my bedroom colors. I only knocked it down a point because I’m so used to the old fashioned kind of heating pad that it took a bit to figure out how to set the time and temperature each night. I also wish it was easier to wash, but we’ll see how that goes with time. I hope it lasts a long time.
