Very well made. It was way too big, so I just laid it on the couch and sat on it. I had hip surgery. Along with physical therapy and all the stress, my knees are in more pain than the hip.
From what little usage, it didn’t release a lot of moisture like the other one I returned. However, I didn’t use it that long, as I wanted to let it dry out and pack it up, to be able to resale. I was hoping I could use it for my back or whatever. Not so.
I froze it, and it was flexible. Not like it was going to break from being frozen. Nice texture, kind of soft.
Directions say to place the ice pack in the bag, shown above, when I freeze it. I did not do that. I thought it was for to put the ice pack in during usage. Which I did not do.
This was a gift. I would highly recommend this if you have a large knee. I’m very thin, with shiny legs, 140 lbs, 5’8″ female. Again, that recommendation is from brief usage. However, the other one I returned was dripping wet within this short period of time. This one only started getting a very little moisture after I laid it against the chair to dry out.
If I find another product, smaller, in this brand, I will buy it.

I had a total knee replacement this year and had to use several different ice packs to cover my entire knee, it was such a struggle. With this knee ice pack I ordered the XXL to ensure it covered my entire swollen knee. I especially like the double Velcro wrap. The ice pack wrap is wide enough to cover, in height, from my mid thigh down to my upper calf; the Velcro bands are so sturdy that when you pull firmly it allows the ice to snuggly cover my entire knee front, sides and back. Once completely frozen it remains frozen for over 1 hr. I also like the clear package it comes with to place the ice pack in the freezer. Excellent product!

These knee ice packs are the best I’ve used. They have a soft velvet like side and then the traditional body ice pack side. They get cold pretty fast, and hold onto the cold for quite a bit. The straps even are nice. It’s easy to get on and off. I’ve used one pack for two knees, folded it up and used it on my low back and on each hip and still was a bit cold. Be sure to set a timer, as I’m sure you will get frostbite if you leave it on to long. I’ve used them as well as my husband for about a month or so now, every week and they keep their shape, they are flexible and overall are a great size. Fingers crossed so far no leaks. Nicely made.

Ice wrap gets nice and cold, lasts a long time, and you can control the level of cold by reversing sides. Nice and large and wraps around not only the knee but the quad muscles as well, the quads get a tad angry from the knee surgery, so the wrap is perfect to keep swelling down for both the knee and quads.

This was a game changer for my knee swelling. I have swelling on my calf, behind knee and above knee. I couln’t get it under control. The size allows me to ice all these areas at one time. It’s very comfortable and holds the cold temp for about 2-3 hours. If you have swelling that you can’t get rid of, give it a try. I’m not being paid to write this! FYI-you can’t really walk around with this on-I tried. It’s fairly heavy and falls down the leg but you can secure it with the straps for a snug fit. Good price for a good product.

The Kingpavonini is the best cold/ice wrap I have ever purchased. The wrap itself is very wide and provides full coverage to wrap my knee. The best part, when frozen, is on one side the material is soft and very cold, while the flip/other side is icy cold. The wrap stays cold and icy for a long time after use. What I do for my meniscus tear is to first use the soft cold side against my skin for 20 minutes, and after removing the wrap, wait for about 45 minutes and use the icy side for another 20 minutes (the wrap stays this way if you fold it over after using the cold side) and place the icy side on top of my knee and use a cloth underneath due to the extreme cold to avoid skin damage. So very happy I found this large wrap, and the price is excellent for the value of this wrap. I highly recommend. The quality of the wrap too is fabulous!

I had a Total Knee Replacement a few months ago and wanted something with better coverage than my existing gel ice pack. This one does that, the best feature. As advertised, it wraps my whole knee plus part of my calf and thigh. I particularly like that there is no knee hole. With gel ice throughout the whole area, I get all over relief. I also like that it works well either fully frozen from the freezer or just very cold from the fridge. This is due to the option of two sides so you can monitor just how much cold you want, or how long you have chilled it between uses.
There are a couple of things I don’t like. A lot of frost builds up on the surface even when used fully frozen from the freezer. This causes moisture to drip off during use. And the straps get really wet, I’m not sure why, probably from the frost turning to water under the straps The gel pack has no detectable leaks, this moisture is all around and you can see the frost on it. Also, it’s very stiff out of the freezer. This is less of an issue because it’s flexible so you can mold it to your body as you tighten the straps around.
Overall, I am happy with this product, do not regret buying it and have recommended it to friends
UPDATE: 4 months later the gel pack developed leaks in three places. I use it as directed, usually 2-3x/day. I contacted the company to enquire about how to repair the holes. To my surprise, they answered very quickly with apologies and an offer to exchange or refund. I would have loved an exchange, however, I live in New Zealand and they advised they couldn’t ship to me here (it came via Amazon originally). So they have processed a refund. I would still have liked to know if I could repair it but that question was not answered. But still, a refund is better than nothing and I guess I can keep using it until it leaks too much to use. I have not lowered my rating as I think the wonderful customer service and good features makes up for the leaking issue. Hopefully they can correct this in future versions of the product as I would love to buy another.
