I purchased this knowing sulfur can help rosacea and seborrheic dermatitis. This doesn’t smell anything like products I have used in the past, which made me cautious. I reviewed the ingredients and realized it is 10% sulfur 1x. Per the manufacturer, this is the equivalent of 1% sulfur at best, which is far less than established topical sulfur dosage. This is from the thoroughly debunked claim in homeopathy that near undetectable concentrations of ingredients would still work somehow. I could not find any quality data supporting the efficacy of this over placebo. Don’t buy this product.

For the price you get it works like a charm if you want your skin to be clearer that day, however I would not recommend as a substitute to clear your face 100%. It worked nicely day 1, however my skin tends to get very sensitive fast and the cream cannot handle fixing that and making it clear everyday (its been almost a week now and even if I apply it twice it still doesn’t do the job). Be mindful that the smell is intense as well and if you don’t wash it off + use a moisturizer the scent will get worse over time. I’m very sensitive to smell so it gets me nauseous but some days I can just handle it. I’m only writing this just in case anyone has extremely sensitive and easily irritating skin like I do who’s seeing if this product is worth it or not, and whether this is good enough for you it surely wasn’t for me sadly.

THIS STUFF WORKS!!! I love this stuff!! In less than a week my face has started to clear up after years of struggling with this rosacea. I tried all kinds of stuff to help the redness and humiliation of what I didn’t know for a long time was rosacea. I’ll share those things at the end.. but y’all in the first week really in the first few days I noticed an improvement and I’m so happy!! I also think it’s important to say I had beautiful perfect skin until I was in my 30s when this stuff popped up and I am one of the fairer skinned people in my family. I say that because if this is similar to your situation it is more likely to be this issue and this treatment will fix it. I hope everyone who is struggling with this condition finds this stuff because I had such a long, difficult journey to this treatment and miracle. This will dry your skin out a little and might peel if you use it more than once a day . Start with once a day and gradually increase application when you see it’s not bothering you..after a few days. Once a day the first few days was helping big time! Then after about a week I’m so relieved this is what I’ve been searching for. I use CeraVe pm moisturizer after it dries and before my makeup. Increase the application over the weekend or be mindful of the peeling (it was minimal for me).. it has kind of a funny smell but I didn’t mind it because I knew it was working and would prefer clear skin which I am getting 😁👏🏼 I’m sure you can smell it more than other people because of proximity to your own nose lol other people probably can’t smell it because it is subtle.
So I have tried, witch hazel, African black soap, masks mixed with diatomaceous earth, honey, vinegar (ACV), lemon, bentonite clay, seaweed, essential oils like eucalyptus, lavender, tea tree, helichrysum, an essential oil blend specifically for rosacea… And probably more because I’ve been at it a long time lol I really hope this helps somebody.. these remedies either helped little or not at all but ultimately THIS STUFF WORKS!!! I’M so glad I found it because it seriously has changed my life.

I’m a 30 year old female with very fair skin, and I’ve never had any skin issues until recently. All of a sudden a few months ago, I ended up with red blotchiness on my cheeks. Research and input from friends (one has a mom with rosacea) said it looks like rosacea.
I haven’t been to the doctor, because I’m not paying a bunch of money to have them tell me it’s rosacea and then prescribe a ridiculously expensive cream for it.
I ended up on here, found it and read reviews.
I use this twice a day, and this is my skincare routine, which has always been my routine except this has been added to it-
Morning:
I wash my face in the shower with Neutrogena Natural pump soap.
Get out of the shower, and I apply this gel.
After the gel dries, I put on my moisturizer (Purlisse Blue Lotus)
Night:
I use Pixie Milk Tonic Toner on a cotton to clean my face.
Put this gel on.
I then put on one of my night face oils (I have a couple that I rotate through.
That’s it. That’s all I do. I have always made sure that any makeup I use was quality, and not anything that would cause issues. However, I did hold off on wearing makeup until the rosacea cleared up.
After using this twice a day for about 3 weeks, my skin is 100%back to normal and looks clear like it did before. Makeup is not making it flare up. I will keep using this.
A few notes-the scent is very light. A little goes a long way, and it’s not sticky and it plays well with any of the face products I use. This was not drying to my skin, but I could imagine it would dry out my face if I didn’t have the skin routine that I do.
I hope this helps. For a few bucks, it’s worth a try. Everyone’s skin is different and you might need to play around with how often to apply it. Once a day was not enough for me, but got results with twice a day. It says to use it 1-3 times a day.

this product works! my results aren’t as dramatic as other reviewers but it definitely lessened the redness so that a simple foundation and coverup at least covers it without using a thick cakey makeup. so i call it a win!
it does smell like sulphur (obviously) but it’s only perceived by me in whiffs. no one else has smelled it. and i’ve noticed it does dry my skin out a tad but nothing bad. just a general tightness of my skin. no peeling or anything like that.
