Easy to use and keep your hands clean. I use it before bed on my neck and shoulder. The soreness lessens and I can sleep.

While it worked, it wasn’t as long lasting as the cream in the tube. The cream lasts longer to be able to settle into bed, getvto sleep and stay asleep. Roll on works but doesn’t last as long; not long enough for me to fall into a deep sleep without pain.

Over 10 years ago i was introduced to biofreeze by my therapist, treating acute areas of muscle spasm, for instance, allows those muscles to relax more quickly, improving treatment response.
I’ve used since and tried all different packages gel tube, spay, individual packages but now i purchase this roll on for my son (hurt his leg playing basketball) so he can just apply directly from the bottle , he don’t have to put on his hands and massage it,( then he has to worry about washing his hands after application).Much convenient and very easy to use.
Biofreeze is a good product to consider if you are looking for an immediate and effective relief for joint pain and discomfort, and decreased the pain nearly two times more than ice.It’s made of mint so it has cooling power and powerful minty scent and this scent is maybe too strong for some people (i actually like it)

I have Fibromyalgia. What most people know about “fibro” is that it triggers pain receptors so, you look healthy, but your muscles can bunch up into knots responding to these pain triggers. It hurts to have someone rub my shoulders and back who is not looking for these knots and dealing with them with slowly increased direct pressure into the middle of the knot. Frankly, most don’t have the patience to give you relief.
This magic solution is the next best thing. It is like a roll on deodorant. Your friend does not have to get it on their hands. I will pull my Tshirt out of the way, lay face down on a bed and ask then to coat areas not covered by my bra straps.
It has a mint, eucalyptus aroma (Ben Gay but milder) and the areas will feel cool, as if an ice pack has been applied. I usually give it five minutes to “dry” before recovering with my shirt.
I am able to hit tops of shoulders, neck, pain in upper arms, thighs and calves on my own. Relief begins quickly. I keep this in my purse. I use it before use of prescription medications for pain, muscle spasms, and headaches. It’s worth the 10 to 15 minutes to apply and meditate/physically relax as much as possible before adding internal chemicals to the equation.

I LOVE Biofreese. It is the only product that has stopped my back and knee pain. It goes on smooth and cool at first and then warms up. It is the prefect size to keep in my purse. It is nice to know that Chiropractors, physical therapists, massage therapists, podiatrists and athletic trainers use Biofreeze to provide immediate relief from many common conditions such as arthritis and other causes of muscle and joint pain. My mom recommended I try BioFreeze so I did. Since I have been using this product, BioFreeze has not once felt like a burning feeling and has always been very cool on the skin, especially when standing in front of a fan . It has a nice tingly effect while not smelling strong like other muscle rubs. The roll on is great for easy application. This is safe for sensitive skin and inexpensive to use and lasts a very long time. The spray and roll-on are my favorites because you don’t need to use your fingers to rub it in – less messy for sure.
I keep a bottle on my night side and in my purse.

I ordered this product while I was in physical therapy for a broken wrist and saw it at the therapist’s office. It does help minimize the pain and has a nice cooling effect on the skin. The odor is noticeable, but does diminish after a while but given the positive effects of this product it is negligible. I opted for the roll-on since I could only use one hand to apply the product and am glad that I did. It goes on very smoothly and evenly and is easy to carry or travel with. I would strongly recommend this product for anyone that needs some temporary relief for pain in a handy, easy to use applicator.
