I have a hard time sleeping. Many things add to my insomnia including restless legs and songs stuck in my head. Before I found this product, I used to use aspirin to help quell my restless legs – which really works nicely. But you can’t take aspirin continually without stomach problems, or at least I can’t.
My doc wanted to put me on some sort of antiseizure medication for the restless legs. yeah, that wasn’t happening. So I self medicated. Wow!! What a find!
My restless legs don’t start until a an hour or two into trying to sleep. When that occurs I take 3 pills and within 20 min not only has the restless ended, but so has any songs stuck in my head and I am able to sleep.
I have not encountered any side effects. I’ve been taking for 2 or 3 years and wish I found it sooner.
I just love this product and share with family and friends any chance I get.

Hyland’s Homeopathic medications are incredible. My husband was prescribed a prescription medication which didn’t work for Restless Leg Syndrome as well as Iron supplements and Vitamin C which helped, but didn’t control the symptoms completely. He still takes the Iron and C, and gets great relief with from his RLS with Hyland’s Restful Legs Tablets. They also are wonderful for his long-term insomnia. The beauty of Homeopathic medication is that they don’t interact with other medications, aren’t habit-forming, are very inexpensive and effective. I have Fibromyalagia ( which causes muscle stiffness, cramps and fatigue) and use this also. I also use Hyland’s #6 Kali Phos. for stress. They are a great company!
