I fell 14 feet to land on my heel. Major surgery and 3 Months later I find this amazing thing.
The only thing I can say to ANYONE is…. BUY THIS RIGHT NOW!!!!! Covers every part that hurts. Very SOFT velvety, non freezing feel n extremely flexible/ comfortable. Heaven around your ankle, no effin lie. Somewhat durable stitching. Very versatile. Straps fit any size leg or foot. And nice colors to choose from.
No joke, this thing is AMAZING.. And worth every dollar. Buy it now and thank me later.

After having used several times, (keep in mind, w/ swelling comes body heat. A natural self defense mechanism the body creates to heal.)
Using the plastic side instead of the velvet side will give you faster relief.
The velcro works BOTH ways!!!! & and the cold seems to last longer!!!!!
W/ that said, the velvet side is wonderful for sensitive skin, amazing even. However, turn it around and BOOM 💥 instant “HELL YES, this feels good” relief.
I highly recommend this product.
But nothing beats an extra large bag of frozen peas…

Used for ankle surgery. The Velcro bands can be confusing when putting it on. It is versatile if you can avoid straps. Average quality, average for money, cold goes away quickly.

My feet and ankles are so swollen and this allows me to ice them while comfortably lying on my side (can’t lay flat on my back since I’m 32 weeks). I wear compression socks while I ice and elevate and the combination does wonders to reduce the usual discomfort. Just wish they went all the way to my toes but otherwise this is a godsend product!

So I bought 2 separate booties, one for each foot. You can reverse them so they fit on the correct foot. They’re great for people who work on their feet all day, as I do. They’re cold and feel wonderful! This, plus elevating my legs is just really relaxing and does help swelling go down. My only issue is that the straps, which are super stretchy, are itchy. They help them stay secure, but they really itch, and it’s a bit of a drawback, but worth it. Seriously, to see my swollen ankles reduced in size in about 30 minutes is pretty amazing. Get 2 and keep them in your freezer, but buy them when they’re on sale because they’re a bit expensive.

I wish I had received this at the orthopedist. I’m so glad I bought it. I had an accident and broke one ankle and sprained both ankles. I wear a fabric brace on the sprain and an airbag walking boot on the broken one. I’ve been cobbling together ice packs and not doing a good job icing my feet and ankles appropriately. This is the game changer I was looking for. The design is like a walking boot. My toes are exposed, which I prefer. This ices all of my foot, ankle, my achilles, and lower part of my leg. It also provides the gentle compression that helps. The inside of the ice pack is covered with a soft fabric. It even comes with a plastic bag for each ice pack boot so I don’t have to be weird about sticking it in the freezer with my food. I can’t recommend this enough.

I recently sprained both my ankles. This is the best thing ever! It is perfect for wrapping an ankle, not too cold against your skin. Doesn’t sweat (sometimes a little but only if it got some ice on it in the freezer). Put a towel down if you are worried. This makes it easy to wrap your ankle for 15-20 minute increments very often because it’s easy. Works on both feet.

I had broke my fibula in a couple places right above the ankle, bought 3 ice pack/gel packs before finding this one. It will fit anyone under size 12 men’s or women. I’m size 11.5 and it fits like a glove but the long Velcro will allow it to fit perfect for any size smaller,
Pro: fully covers ankle and foot leaving toes exposed and goes about 6”-8” up the shin. Freezing cold first 30-60 minutes. It stays cool for about 2 hours. Super easy install by myself. Good Velcro straps that stay attached and allow for compression if wanted. Flexible and comfortable around the injured area
Con: slightly bulky and heavier than you would like I recommend having a pillow or leg prop under you to help support the weight of the ice pack, takes 4-6 hours of deep freeze to get the best results. It works better for left foot/ankle than the right one unless you turn it inside out. Still works great for right ankle but just works better for left.
