    Often I hear about people struggling with quitting coffee and/or soda. I used to LOVE soda. I had been drinking it for many years (thanks Mom..not). I knew it was a bad habit that was causing a build up of visceral fat and preventing me from my fitness goals.

    However, I decided to replace my morning soda with 1/2 of one of these pills instead. This was just my personal preference as taking the full recommended amount of 2 would make me too jittery. I guess it just depends on how much caffeine you are used to.

    I did not get any of the withdrawal symptoms associated with quitting soda and lost weight really easily without those empty calories. I know I will eventually have to ween myself off of this medication, but I would rather take these daily or every other day (at a dose that is much less than recommended), which cause me to have ZERO CRAVINGS, than to drink a soda with all the excess sugars.
