I am beyond happy with this product! I have struggled with SD for quite a while right around my nose and it has recently gotten worse. I saw good reviews and decided to give this product a shot. When I tell you this product works fast… I was amazed. Lots of reviews mentioned a bit of a stinging/tingling sensation while using, and there definitely is a strange effect when you first apply the product. For about 2-5 minutes there’s a strong tingling sensation, but after those few minutes, it feels fine. Once the SD starts to go away, the product no longer stings. There is a bit of a strong smell, but I personally find it to be a very nice smell. I have had this struggle with SD for years, and this is the first thing to actually make a difference. Within a week, it was gone. It was a HUGE blessing because I was attending a massive convention and was embarrassed about the appearance of my skin around my nose, as nothing had previously helped. I felt beautiful and confident for the convention! I am so happy with this product. Where I only needed it for a small area, this will last me a LONG time. So worth every penny. I am so grateful!

This worked better than my Ketoconazole prescription shampoo. Used 3 times and flaking stopped. Will start again if you haven’t used the product in awhile. But it works and I now only need to use it every few day to maintain. I ended up buying a second to give to my gma who was having same issue. It worked for her too. Try it.

I have attempted to use head and shoulders (zinc pyrithione), Selson Blue (SELENIUM SULFIDE), T/GEL (coal tar), and just about every other related dandruff related solution such as tea tree oil, no sulfates, moisturizing products, etc… Nothing has reduced the amount of flaking until I tried out ketoconazole. I got this and a shampoo with the same ingredient and this has had a significant impact over just a week and a half. The only downside is when you first put this in on your scalp it smells VERY STRONG of mint and menthol but seems to go away after 30-60 mins. Was it this, the shampoo, or both that finally did it? I dont know but will keep using it.
