I have used this ingredient for many many years to help me fall asleep. I’ve read some uncomplimentary reviews of this product that I disagree with. The product came fast. The actual pills were great and separate. They were perfect and stayed so during usage. The price is more than reasonable. I used their auto subscription service so I would always have them to help me get to sleep. It is the only working product that does the job with no next day residual effects. I recommend this product and company. Unfortunately for me, devastating in fact, is that I suffer from several autoimmune diseases and I have developed an allergy to the main ingredient used. Not just this one brand but all companies that use the main ingredient in their product. Back to finding something else to help me fall asleep. Once again, to those looking for a good alternative to the high priced name brand, this is the real deal. It works as described and the manufacturer is excellent.

I bought this as a safer alternative to using advil pm / tylenol pm. I believe this has the same active ingredient as the advil pm in terms of the “pm” part. No need to take pain reliever part when it’s not needed. I see there are some differing opinions as to its effectiveness. Seems like, per other reviews, for “serious” sleep issues this may not be the answer — probably a chat with your doctor would be best.
For some reason I have trouble staying asleep and sleep in 3 or 4 hour increments. Been going on for about 25 years. I can fall asleep just fine, however, am up in the middle of the night feeling great but wide awake. I usually do some reading until I am feeling tired then pop one of these and it works well for another 3 hours or so. Recently I have also added a small dose of melatonin as well which seems to help additionally.
Generally for this type of product I look for the active ingredient content and buy the most economical. This brand has been it for several years. Comes in gel cap so it is easy for me to swallow. Would recommend.

It gets the job dome. Sometimes I’ll take 2. It does it job. It lasts a good time because there’s so many. It does make me pee a few more times than I like but I got it on deal so it’s was a good because it did last for months

THIS STUFF IS STRONG TO ME. I LEARNED THE HARD WAY THAT I NEED TO TAKE IT A FEW HOURS PRIOR TO MY BEDTIME. GOOD PRODUCT, STRONG! Works well.

I’ve been using sleep aids for years, sadly, and this one is really good. First, it’s a gel cap so it’s very easy to consume. Second, I do fall asleep quite quickly. But, it doesn’t keep me asleep for more than a few hours but I’m not willing to take ambien. For the money it’s well worth it.

My husband and I both work stressful jobs (that we love) but going to sleep at night can be a challenge. We have tried many OTC sleep aids and this one is by far the best. It is the only sleep aid that keeps me asleep. If I do wake up in the middle of the night, I have no problem going back to sleep. I don’t wake up groggy and I always feel like I get a really good nights rest.

This sleep aid took about a week to really take effect for me. I really like it now. I fall asleep faster than I did before and even if I have to get up during the night I’m able to get right back to sleep. I’m slowly sleeping a little longer but the sleep I do get is much better.

I’m on prescription sleep medicine but I don’t like to rely on those so I use these gel cap kind to supplement unless it’s a night I take the prescription ones. These are great! They put me to sleep easily and I have tried every kind of sleep aid brand out there. There is alot in the bottle, 220 pills that are 50 MG. So these are very good value for the price and are much cheaper than getting the unisom brand name ones. These are exactly like those and work just as well. I think the gel capsules are better than the regular pill form ones that are usually found in the 25 MG. They work faster and better in my opinion. These give you an excellent sleep and don’t make you groggy when waking up, you feel refreshed and well rested, ready to tackle the day. I suggest taking these about 20-30 minutes before laying down so that they are starting to work when you get in bed to go to sleep. I usually take them right before I do my face care routine and brush my teeth. These came on time and the bottle these come in is very durable and thick, and none of the gel caps were stuck together in a big glob like I have seen others mention on other brands. These also don’t cause any negative side effects.
