I have never before been so moved to write a review about a product! I ordered Breathe based on other reviews but never expected it to be quite this dramatic of a benefit to me. I have had asthma and allergies since birth and have always struggled with sinus issues. I take Qvar, Albuterol and Singulair for asthma. I take Zyrtec, Ipratropium Bromide and sinus rinses for sinus congestion. I also endured a painful ablation of the turbinates in my sinuses. Even with all of this, I got little relief from my symptoms. I had a very hard time sleeping due to breathing issues in my sinuses as well as the asthma so I always woke up tired for years and years. Then I tried Breathe…..Wow! What a huge difference! I felt the difference the FIRST DAY! I’m happy to say that I can now breathe SO much better! The biggest benefit is how well I sleep. I wake up feeling rested like never before. I typically had to sleep until 9 or 10 and even then I felt tired all day. Since taking Breathe I now wake up at 5 or 6 am with my wife when she gets up to go to work (I’m retired) and I don’t go back to bed. I try…but I’m just nor tired and can’t fall back to sleep. It’s like a new lease on life! I’m just so thankful to have found something like this so I can start feeling more normal. I’m sure this won’t work the same for everyone but It’s definitely worth trying out. If I could give it 10 stars I would! Thanks to Eu Natural for such a fantastic product!!!

So I’m disappointed with most supplements I try, as i try something new fairly frequently and move on when it fails. Alas, this product definetly helped my breathing, so I will likely stick with it. It took a week for the effect to be noticeable, so it does work but nothing miraculous or instant. It is also hard to quantify how well it works since I started taking it right in the middle of the flu season peak, and got a cold or at least URI symptoms during that same time.
Long story short, I had a terrible manflu last year which lead to a pneumonia with a lingering bronchitis and left me with impaired lung capacity/bronchospasms. So I went from running 5k-15k to barely jogging. While I have been working my way back to running, a week after starting this supplement in the middle of getting sick i surprisingly noticed that I could run instead of jog with regular breathing and my lungs expanding normal (which I couldnt not due the week prior).10 minute miles are back to sub 730 and dropping towards my old normal. Would love to give this a 5 start and I will if my results are sustained. P.S. I use this 2 times a day instead of once and 3 times on days I run so it is a little pricey, but God is it great breathing without issues.

I tried this faithfully and patiently for an entire month and experienced no help in my sinuses (nose, throat, chest, etc.) whatsoever. I gave this product the benefit of the doubt (like I do every herbal supplement I try) and followed all the directions (and read everything) carefully. It just doesn’t work. It fails as an all-natural antihistamine and as an opener/clearer for your nasal passages, lungs, or chest.
If you’re looking for an antihistamine that actually works, try Spirit 360 All Day Allergy Relief. It’s very affordable, it’s available at lots of local stores, and it does what it’s supposed to do: stopping the constant mucus dripping down the nose and throat, clearing the sinus passages throughout the head, and soothing the eyes.
If your nasal passages are inflamed (to the point where you can’t breathe through your nose) and you’re all congested as well, try Allegra-D 24hrs. It may be a little pricey, but it works and lasts long.

I haven’t been taking it long, but I really do feel like it’s working. I feel like my lungs are larger. It feels much easier to breathe. I’m not losing my breath as easiliy. Normally after doing squats I’m dizzy and gasping for breath, but not anymore.

I have ordered this over 20 times. They removed half of the ingredients but still costs the same. I believe it was the Butterbur that helped the most. It no longer contains that. I will be looking for a cheaper product. Did give 3 stars because I have used this company so long. But very sad.

To me, this is a five star product. Let me give a bit of back story as to why I needed it, and what brought me here. The main reason I purchased this product is because when winter comes around I usually have a hard time running in the gym, making it almost impossible to complete a full workout. The main symptom I’ll get is shortness of breathe and a tight chest after about a mile of running. I am also a frequent herb smoker, so this does not help. On top of this I will occasionally experience shortness of breathe around bed time during the winter; this is a little more rare for me, but it always seems to happen when I have to be up early the next day, and I wind up staying in the shower at 2 am hoping the steam will help me out. When I first started taking this I noticed an immediate improvement at the gym. I wasn’t even taking it daily: I’d usually take some for a few days, notice an improvement, then be good for quite a while before I felt I needed to take more, so as a lazy user this worked wonders immediately, and lasted. What really made me want to write a review was when I ran into a situation last week where I was having one of my episodes before bedtime, where I was experiencing shortness of breathe. About 5 minutes after taking it the problem went away. It was as if I had an inhaler. It was THAT helpful. Now, I can only speak for myself. I do not have asthma, I am generally healthy, I work out etc. so for someone who has an extreme case I cannot speak for, but if you are like me and have some issues here and there I can 100% recommend this.
