Forget any negative reviews. Love that there are 4, the item is super affordable and works great! Stays cold for a long time out of the freezer, have not used for heat (have been using them for months now. They also travel easy and double as a cooler ice pack if you’re in a pinch

The ice packs freeze firm but not hard and are a good size.
The wrap is constructed oddly however. The bag has velcro on one short end to keep the ice pack inside but the opposite short seam has the end of the elastic strap sewn directly into it. The bag is not attached anywhere else. Typically the bag is attached mid strap or at least tacked down to the strap in several places. This configuration means that the strap has to pass over the bag in order to hold it on the injury which may be difficult in some locations or with a larger person. I was barely able to ice my shoulder by passing the strap across my back and chest to velcro it over the bag. Note the velcro does NOT adhere to the velour of the bag itself.

I absolutely love the quality and the amount that you get. You receive 4 ice/hot packs with a sleeve to wrap around your parts that need the therapy. They last about 30-45 minutes. Which is fine with me because my orthopedic surgeon said to ice on for 15 minutes and off for 2 hours. They seem to freeze quickly and are easy to manipulate to the shap that you need.

These packs worked amazingly well. I wasn’t expecting a whole lot from them but after getting them and using them, they were amazing. Were very cold out of the freezer and started cold/cool for at least a couple of hours. Probably good enough to use as a regular ice pack for groceries/food if needed. At this point, I’d be willing to buy them again and recommend them.

These cold packs are a god send. I have been using them almost daily for my lower back. The cover that comes with it is a little difficult to put on for a lower back application by yourself. I modified the strap by cutting it in half, and attaching it to the other end of the cover. It not only makes it easier to put on, but actually makes the strap longer, since the “Velcro” only adheres to the elastic strap, so it now doesn’t have to stretch over the cold pack to reach the strap.

So, these are, obviously, a GREAT value. So, of course you take that into account. These packs freeze well. I was a bit worried about the cool coming through them, especially with the sleeve on it, but after you give it a couple minutes, the cold is just as good as others I’ve used. I got these to use on my lower neck and that doesn’t work so well with the sleeve, but that’s not a product issue. The sleeve has a loooooong elastic band – I think I wrapped it around my neck at least 3 times, so it should work well for any area of the body.

This product is well made, has 4 packs and a well made pouch to use them in. I keep my packs in the individual wrappers they arrived in, and take them out when I use them from the freezer or to warm in the microwave. Be careful not to overheat them.
