Like that it’s thin and flexible and freezes fast. I didn’t like the arm opening- on the narrow side-BUT I didn’t need it as I just placed it on my shoulder and it molded around well. The other thing was the outer material “wrinkled” up but didn’t affect its use. I do continue to use it. I didn’t use strap either.

The TheraIce Shoulder Wrap is well made and fits well; it’s easily adjustable and freezes well. It’s comfortable-I had no discomfort simply wearing it over a T-shirt. It does warm within 15 minutes; while probably the recommended time, it would be nice if it stayed cold for a longer period of time.

I have two of the shoulder wraps and two of the sleeves. They have worked so well for me I have bought them for my husband and my brother who has had rotator cuff surgery. (brother wears his to bed every night) I broke my collar bone a few years back. I recently reinjured it and this shoulder wrap has been an absolute miracle for me. So much easier to keep cold focused where I need it. If I need a little extra cold I pop one of the sleeves under the shoulder wrap on my collarbone. If y’all could invent something specifically for the collarbone…. yeah, probably not enough need for it. 😛 Your shoulder sleeve has been a life saver for me. Ok, maybe not actually life saving, but OMG the pain relief has been huge. Hugte enough it actually brings tears to my eyes. Thank you.

This is such a nice ice wrap. It stays “floppy” so it is very comfortable and drapes over your shoulder curves. It stays in place. It lasts as long as you are supposed to ice an injury. When I first put it on it is too cold so I put a cloth between it and my shoulder. After 15 minutes I take the cloth off and enjoy another comfy, pain relieving cold therapy. Definitely worth every penny (and the price is fair to begin with).

So I’m getting ready to have my second shoulder surgery. Possible torn labrum and a lot of AC joint pain. I’m out for my back so I’ve had plenty of time to read review after review on I think every ice pack on Amazon. I debated and debated on this just cause of the price, but I read too many good reviews and let me tell you, this ice pack is absolutely amazing. It contours to the shoulder so nice and is so comfortable. Hits the entire shoulder and I can do things with it on. I’m 5’1 150lb with a pretty normal build and it fits perfect. Is nice and cold as well!

I got this to help ice my torn rotator cuff as I’m waiting for surgery. I have an ice hat made of the same material so I knew how flexible the gel inside was. It never totally freezes stiff and is flexible and comfortable. It is a bit bulky and but once I adjusted the Velcro strap it conforms to my arm and chills the end areas well and is comfortable. It is never too cold but it chills and numbs the area. The sleeve portion is a little tight and it does not seem to stretch as well as the rest of it. It’s not too tight for me though and I’m not moving a lot so it works. It does help with the pain and I would recommend.

I just had shoulder surgery and wanted something easier to wear than the “ice machine wrap”. First off it does work well and is comfortable to wear and the coldness lasts abut 45 minutes, it is a bit heavy but once on you don’t notice the weight.
My only complaint is that it is not a one person application. I am 2 weeks post shoulder replacement and I cannot move my affected shoulder yet, so my wife still has to help me put it on. There really is no way that I could put it on by myself. But that said it is still a quality ice wrap and does a very good job.
One last thing that I was concerned about, the arm cuff is not adjustable and does not come apart, it slides over your bicep. I thought that this might be a problem but it isn’t for me, the cuff seems pliable enough to slide over most arms, unless you are a serious weightlifter or something.

I used something similiar at physical therapy. Sure beats a cold bag of peas on my shoulder. I am small. 5ft 3 xsmall shirt size. Fits great. I should’ve bought a lot sooner! Stop reading reviews and press buy now! You won’t regret it! Some complained of it being too heavy. It has weight to it, but in a weighted blanket kind of way. Perfect!
