The product provided a nice cooling sensation even when I did not stick them in the refrigerator. I also did not have issues with the adherence.
However, the smell is rather overpowering. I ordered another brand that says it’s odorless as the smell is just too strong for my taste to use these patches on a regular basis.

I used a Japanese brand and couldn’t get a hold of them so I purchased this due to the positive reviews. At first when I opened it, I could smell the menthol. It was quite strong. I left it on my toddlers head for about an hour, once I peeled it off, I immediately sae a blueish stain on her forehead. Couldn’t wash it off. It looked like her forehead was bruised. Quite concerning that it left a dye makes you wonder what kind of chemicals were used to make these and if it’s safe.

I bought these for our summer vacation in steaming hot Florida… you could feel the cold right when you put them on and when you walked outside you could feel it more intensely! It felt great. It was a little slippery and we had to keep readjusting but after we took it off you could still feel it. Definitely not waterproof though.

Got these for help keeping cool while working outside during extreme temperatures. I am female so I put them on my back between my shoulders and my sports bras help keep them attached even when I sweat. I have scoliosis so the placement also helps with my back pain and then I do not have to worry about the smell and no one can tell it is there either. It takes about 10 minutes to kick in but it does work really well for 3-4 hours but then either my skin gets used to the temperature or it slows down and is not as cool as before but I keep them on as long as possible to help prevent heat exhaustion. Definitely makes tolerating high temperatures more bearable. I do live in the desert so it is very dry here and I am not sure how it would work in a more humid environment where sweat doesn’t evaporate as fast. Nice little individual packets as well!

This product is a lifesaver! Before I purchased the cooling patches, my wife and I would stay up for hours trying to cool our son’s fever in various ways. Cloths, Ice, Ice cream, etc., would help, but it would either end up messy or last only briefly. I did some research and came across these patches and decided to try them out. The first night I tried them, my son had a fever of 101 degrees and was miserable, so I popped them on, and immediately he calmed him down. Cold for a second, but he fell asleep when he got used to it. We stayed up all night to monitor, but it controlled his fever. The only thing I dislike is that they fall off before the patch is used up, but other than that, they are amazing. Thank you!

Others don’t feel as cold or last as long. These are a great size and stay cold for hours. Really helpful!
