I’m concerned about this product due to possible contamination issues. I developed a rash twice after usage. I know that other powders have been recalled due to contamination issues in the past and am wondering if this powder is contaminated as well.

I purchased this to use on my teen son after surgery. He is wearing a brace for six weeks and needed a powder to keep his skin dry. There were no options available locally that were fragrance-free; he did NOT want to smell like a baby, woman, or overly deodorized. This Little Twig powder definitely fit the bill. It really is fragrance free, keeps his skin dry under the brace, and works well. We are very happy to have found it!

My first purchase was at my local health food store so I was happy to find it on Amazon at a good price. The powder definitely has that corn starchy feel to it, but it’s gentle and unscented, so it works great. Nice to have a talc-free, natural option. I haven’t tried any other all natural powders, so I don’t have anything to compare it to, but we really like it. The only drawback is the size of the container. Would be nice to have the option to buy a larger size vs having to buy several smaller bottles.

Yeah this stuff is the shiz-nit. I hate the Johnsons baby powder fragrance. J&J is likely laden with chemicals that will cause more problems than they solve in the long run. Do yourself a favor and buy this one. Might be more expensive but you’re nose and skin will be grateful.

My husband is extremely allergic to some perfumes and normal baby powders can cause him to have severe asthma attacks. But I can’t survive without some type of powder – I get bad yeast infections if every crease and crevasse isn’t powder dry. I’ve used regular cooking cornstarch, which is cheap and convenient, but after a while begins to make me smell like the Pillsbury Doughboy. This is a great powder, does what I need it to do and doesn’t cause my husband asthma attacks, but it is way too expensive. Given how cheap cornstarch is, I can’t understand why this has to be so expensive. Will I get it again? Probably. Because I haven’t found any other options.

I cannot stand the smell of scented baby powder, and my husband likes to use baby powder after showering. So, I went on the hunt for an unscented, gentle powder he could use without overpowering my nose with the scent of normal baby powder. I was thrilled to find this powder and nothing beats it! It has no odor and works very well for my husband who always asks me to order it for him. It’s simply the best powder out there.

This is the hardest rating I’ve done to day because there are several positives and negatives about this baby powder.
Pros:
– I like that it doesn’t have talc.
-Also like that it is natural with few ingredients.
– It does what baby power is supposed to do.
-I use this for myself. I have no sense of smell so I really don’t know if it has an odor or not. However, nobody has said anything to me about the scent, so if there is one, it is not obvious.
Cons:
-It is crazy expensive for a container that pretty much fits in your hand.
-It is chalky and gritty.
-Because of the texture, I feel dirty like I’ve been to the beach when using it.
I’m not sure if I’ll purpose this again. I may try another brand or just make my own. I’ve heard homemade kind is gritty so that’s why I bought some. Yet if purchased kind is going to be like that too, it may be cheaper to make your own.

Okay first off this stuff is expensive. I believe you could get 44oz of J&J baby powder for the same price.
Second, its worth it. I use this personally, I have very sensitive skin and have been using baby powder for deodorant since I was a teen. With this product I no longer need to hold my breath while I “powder”. The smell, it smells like flower… like corn flower. Its smooth and with a fine textured, but its not so fine that it fills your pores like talc.
This is an excellent product and I will keep using it, try it and you’ll feel the same way
