Review of sunscreen application brush from the BEAUTYFACTOR Store
Touching the ends of the bristles on this brush is like feeling velvet. I have never had such an incredibly soft brush. The packaging actually lists it as a foundation brush. You don’t have to worry about it being harsh on a child’s skin. I wouldn’t hesitate to use it on an infant, it’s so soft. It still takes some time to spread the sunscreen around if you’re using as much as you’re supposed to, but you don’t have to cover your palms with sunscreen.
I ordered this because I often don’t apply sunscreen when I’m going out to work in our yard if I know that I am going to be hanging laundry up or taking it down. In order to not get zinc and titanium on our clothes, I would rather go without skin protection myself. From now on, I can go ahead and use sunscreen and just hoping that the clothes don’t blow against my arms as I’m hanging them.

I was intrigued by this product and thought it was a specialty item. I was surprised when I opened this brush up and saw the “foundation brush” label – it’s exactly like a foundation brush that I somehow picked up in the last year or two but didn’t care for. But I’m thrilled I ordered this one because now I can repurpose the old one and have two brushes.
It is very sturdy and the bristles are very soft. It worked beautifully to apply sunscreen without absorbing too much of it or wiping it off of my skin. It is really handy for keeping your hands clean – I use waterproof sunscreen so washing it off is always a bit of a pain. It was very useful to be able to apply sunscreen without getting a mess on my hands, plus I could brush sunscreen onto the backs of my hands, an area I always have trouble with when trying to rinse my palms while keeping my hands protected.
The applicator comes with a helpful little case for storage, which is more useful than I realized at first – it keeps your bag clean so that sunscreen-touched bristles are not rubbing on your bag.

Summer is upon us and that means sunscreen! Like most people, I really dislike the texture of most sunscreen creams, and I hate getting it on my palms to rub it in. This brush is great not just for kids, but for anyone who would like really good coverage without getting your palms greasy. Honestly, this brush would work really well for full coverage body foundation, like for makeup to cover tattoos too!

This is such a soft, high quality sunscreen applicator! This makes it so simple to apply sunscreen to anyone… It spreads the lotion evenly, blends it into skin smoothly, and works perfectly!
I think these were designed to get kids to submit to sunscreen applications, but it’s honestly great to help apply sunscreen to myself, too! My daughter also prefers this to other means of applying sunscreen.
I love how sleek it looks and how neat the little storage case is. This is such a great value for summertime safety. Highly recommend!

Pick up this brush/applicator and you know its a quality product. It has some weight to it but not heavy, just not cheap feeling. The handle is a slick glossy plastic or acrylic type material. It is ergonomic but really more so if it’s held a certain way. The bristles are super soft and hold their shape very well. They are also very dense so your product mainly stay on top of the bristles and won’t migrate downward. No smells at all, no skin reactions after use. Comes with a plastic case that fits the brush perfectly. They call it a sunscreen applicator but there are lots more uses for it.

At first I thought alright do i really need this, is it really that big of a deal to just rub on sunscreen? Yes, you need this. It’s so incredibly soft it’s like the most luxurious makeup brush. It’s easy to hold, the lotion just glides across your skin and it gets in all the hard to reach corners of your face without having to poke your fingers into eyes and ears. My son loves it and doesn’t mind getting his sunscreen slathered on now. It works well on small and large areas. It comes with a little carrying case so you don’t get lotion on your belongings.
