What a cute way to relieve some of the discomfort. Works just like the usual pads but this gives it a fun look. When you heat up, make sure it doesn’t get overheated. Definitely touch and feel the heat yourself to be sure. Microwaves have different powers so adjust time accordingly. I don’t heat it up directly. I place it in a bowl of hot water. For cold however, no issues throwing in fridge or freezer.

This is the sweetest, cutest heating pad in the history of heating pads! The plush elephant is adorable, and the little gel pad is very small. It is fast to heat (just a few seconds in the microwave) and then it can slip into the sleeve on the back of the wrap. The Velcro holds the wrap in place. Even when not in use to soothe baby, this serves as a stuffed animal that you can attach to a diaper bag, adult arm or leg, or crib for a newborn to look at and touch. This is good for any baby regardless of gender.

First impressions: This is really cute. The lion is well made, the seams are straight and even with no loose threads. The heating pad is well sealed and fits well.
Installation/setup: Warm heating pad and insert into cover to use to calm baby and ease an upset tummy.
Final thoughts: This is soft and easy to use. The lion is very cute. I got this for myself, actually. I have painful joints and I like to use these reheatable gel pads for pain relief. The lion wrap keeps the pad on my wrist and it works well for me. Be careful not to get the pads too hot or use it too long, it’s only meant as a short term solution. I like this and I’m glad I got it.

What I would have given to have some of these items that are coming out now when I had my son back over 30 years ago. But now I have the opportunity to get these items for friends and family that are having babies. I got this for a baby shower that is coming up and found that it is absolutely adorable. I did test it because I didn’t want to give something that might be a potential hazard to a baby. The fact that you can microwave this instead of it being a plug in is a plus because you can control the amount of heat and once the heat has worn off the continuous surrounding support keeps the baby calm. I love this product so I can definitely recommend.

Just like using heat pads on menstrual cramps, the use of heat can help baby belly pains too. The belt keeps the heat in place in the right area so your baby can move around as they like. My baby has recently been struggling with some constipation which is pretty common for babies starting solids. This heating pack looked so cute on her and it was warm, but not too warm. I tested the heat out on myself first to make sure it wasn’t too hot and then tried it on her. It definitely seemed to help. It’s a good price and a good product, however I did not know it was hand wash only before getting this. It doesn’t seem like it would be a big deal because it is small and simple to wash, but it makes a big difference whether or not I can throw something like this in the washer with clothes or if I have to set it aside for when I get a chance to hand wash it and let it air dry before being able to use it again. Otherwise it is a great product for a reasonable price.

Such a cute way to help with tummy discomfort! It’s easy to use and warm up plus the giraffe is adorable. I imagine it feels good on little cramps stomachs, plus the warmth seems to help calm baby down.

I had colic for about 2 weeks and my parents couldn’t sleep, which is why I am glad we have this now… this something we needed for my father.. who after working all day, stayed up all night with me so mama could sleep then went to work the next day… it was not good that my father couldn’t sleep because of me but I couldn’t help it either, I was just a baby…. (suffering myself—ovouisly!) 😢
This helps releive the baby from the pain and the warmth helps the baby drift off into slumbering. Which is great! 👍 We love it!
The baby just needs this, blanket, sleep music and pacifier, then the baby is ready for bed as long as all of the other needs are taken care of and we already walked singing to the baby… (bedtime ritual). Then, it is time for bed and this helps.
It is a conforting item, even within any heat. Which is something that I love..
