I noticed no difference

Older adult. Over the past year or so I have times where I was “holding it in” but I would suddenly have the dribbles. Frequently, it would be bad enough that I would have to change my underwear.
I actually had begun researching various products – shields, guards, padded undergarments etc. I wasn’t too excited at the prospect of using any of them.
I saw this and decided to give it a try. I started taking it once a day. A few days later it registered – no dribbles. I had points where I had to go and I held it in successfully. I continued to monitor things and a few times I decided to push it, by waiting a bit before urinating to see if I could hold it in with no dribbles. For me this is working. I wasn’t expecting much. I was highly skeptical that an over the counter supplement could work as well as it does.
This is working for me, in my specific situation. It is stopping the dribbles, which is what I was looking for.

I’m very impressed with these pills! For the last few years, my mom’s been having a difficult time with an overactive bladder as well as UTIs. We were both skeptical that these pills would even work, but she gave them a try anyway. The first day she noticed significant relief. The next few days she tried them, they stopped the annoying symptoms yet again. She noticed no negative side effects either. I’ve been having urinary tract issues for a few months now and have been looking for solutions. I am not a doctor, nor is this medical advice, but you may find these pills useful if you have urinary urgency or other bladder issues where you are running to the bathroom all the time. I’m finding that after a week I feel a lot better. Before I was having to pee every 20 minutes or so, now I can go almost an hour. My nurse did send me for an ultrasound and I have a fibroid that might be pressing down on my bladder. Joy of joys! But this supplement seems to be working until I can solve the issue with a surgical or non surgical procedure. Please consult with your doctor or nurse before taking supplements. So far I have not seen any side effects and only good things have happened.

11/29/2022 – I got another bottle today because I notice I’m not waking up several times a night to go to the bathroom. So I think my bladder is able to hold more and is stronger now even after only one bottle.
2/16/2023 – I ran out of these pills and definitely noticed an increase in urgency again. So on my third bottle now. Don’t want to run out again! My doctor is putting me on estrogen now to see if that will help. He says the fibroids are too small to be causing such problems. I am not a doctor nor is this medical advice but I’m trying all my options.

So i ordered this product as a kind of long shot for my hubby. He just turned 40, and over the last 3 years he has slowly gone from sleeping through the night, to getting up once a night, to getting up twice a night, to where he now currently is getting up every 2-3 hours to go pee. I was pretty skeptical about any kind of bladder product, but holy beep, after taking these pills for only 2 days there was already a huge difference. After a noticing a difference on only the second night i started tracking how often he was getting up during the night.
**before taking these pills, he was consistently getting up every 2-3 hours every night, to where some nights he would get up FIVE times between 10pm and 8am**
Day1- no difference, he got up his usual 4 or 5 times
Day2- he got up only 3 times vs 5 times
Day3- he got up 3 times
Day4- he only got up twice!!!
Day5- he got up twice!
Day6- he slept through the entire night for the first time in 3 years!!!!!!!
Day7- he got up one time, but it was to get a drink
Day8- he slept through the entire night!!
Day9- he got up one time to pee
Days10,11,12- he slept through the night!!
I dont know the how or the why, but these bladder pills WORK. They have been nothing short of a miracle for my hubby. I would definitely recommend, and i would strongly urge anyone whos suffering like my hubby was to order these pills!!! I ordered another bottle back on day 6 so that my hubby doesn’t run out and start waking up all night again

This supplement is Puritan Pride’s brand of Urox, a combination of three herbs used to treat urinary incontinence or frequency. I have not noticed a difference personally but it can take several months of using this twice a day, although some people see results very soon.
You can read the study on the NIH database by looking for “Urox containing concentrated extracts of Crataeva nurvala stem bark, Equisetum arvense stem and Lindera aggregata root, in the treatment of symptoms of overactive bladder and urinary incontinence: a phase 2, randomised, double-blind placebo controlled trial.” My interpretation of the results is that the herbal combination helped about a third of the patients who tried it. The impressive part is that there were no significant side effects, unlike the prescription medications that are given for these conditions.
It sounds like there is no harm in trying this. If your problem is severe, see a doctor, but if you have to wait for an appointment for a urologist or urogynocologist (for women), you could try this in the meantime.
