It does say LOTION, but there are thicker lotions. I expected more thicker type from the appearance of the tube and the fact that it’s very difficult to get. I don’t know what is so special about it.

Pretty amazing! The borage and omega 6’s within make this formula super effective. I keep one in my car no one at the sink – I’ve had a lifelong habit of trying to maintain my dry cuticles (by picking) and this lotion has been the thing to help me quit that habit! The skin was able to heal back and it has made me feel like I’m taking good care of my hands vs hurting them! I know that may sound strange, but, I write this for those of you who can relate.
