Great taste. The protocol is tough. 4 hours of no food (you need to take it 2hours after eating and then not eat for another two hours)..

After drinking these mixes for 14 days straight, I had to stop because I was experiencing extreme bloating every day while I was taking this supplement.
About me/my body — I have lived a clean keto/low carb lifestyle for over 4 years, and I intermittent fast daily. I am 43 years old and have had PCOS, which is a hormonal disorder, since I was a teenager.
Since I fast daily until lunch, I had no problem drinking this in the morning on an empty stomach & waiting two hours before consuming any food.
** And for those of you wondering: the reason for the no eating 2 hours before or after stipulation is for this supplement to fully absorb & work as best as it can in your body.
But, something in this formula was causing my belly to bloat really bad, and I’m not sure which ingredient caused it; possibly the “natural flavors”,
as I am unsure what all that contains.
Because I sometimes treat myself to low carb/keto sweets, so I am used to consuming foods that contain sucralose & stevia, and I’ve never experienced any bloating issues with either of those sweeteners.
So, this leaves me frustrated because I was truly enjoying the energy boosts, plus the incredibly delicious flavor, and I was hoping to achieve the full effects/benefits after much more continued use.
**But, these are only MY results!**
I would still recommend this supplement to others because it has worked very well for so many.

I am nearing the end of my first month and I’m happy to say that I am feeling better. From the reviews that I had read, I expected it to taste awful but I put it in a short glass with my 6 ounces of water and stir it with a spoon and drink it down, and it taste quite good. I will look get back to you at the end of my second month and let you know how things are going but so far so good.

Age 63. I have used Serovital for about three years and have experienced numerous benefits from taking it. My husband also takes it and we believe it is an important part of our health regimen. I sometimes get an upset stomach when taking the capsules so I thought I would try the powder. Honestly, I am not a fussy eater and can get through a lot of things, but I had to gag this stuff down. My husband tried is and he couldn’t stand it either. Rather than be subjected to the taste, we tossed it in the trash. Back to the capsules!

I have used Serovital for several years. I have stopped it a few times and things definitely looked like they were going south so I went back to it. I am definitely a senior now and I look older than I remember my father when I was a kid. But people think I am twenty years younger. Yes I take a lot of supplements and I do the research to find the best and knit together how they support each other in my body. I am also trim and slender. That helps a lot appearance wise and I do things most people my age gave up decades ago. Is Serovital all they take credit for? I doubt it but you must understand there is no way for me to know without a doubt if it works or doesn’t since I would need a clone as a control group to compare a with and without. It is my belief this works regardless of my inability to prove it. I take it about 3 am every morning as that’s when I wake up (oh brother… and for decades too! ) and they want it at least 2 hours after last meal and 2 hours before the next meal. This works for me. I don’t get a redo in this life, that I know about, and I’m not sure I would want to do it again. So I am making the best of what I have. This, I firmly believe, is making a real difference in how I feel and how I look. You can only do the best you can and hope for the best life you can with what we can manage to influence it with. Go for it, why not? You can only win by getting off the bench and into the game.

I’m ok with the taste, but for me to use the sero vital product as instructed ( 2 hours after having nothing in your mouth and two hours before eating or brushing your teeth) I have to set the pills out and I drink a big glass of water before going to bed. This makes me have to get up to go the bathroom and that’s when I take my pills, then I go back to bed. I try to do this seamlessly so I can easily go back to sleep. Using the powder to make a drink isn’t working so well with my method. I have to mix it up, stand there and drink it down and then my mind starts thinking about stuff. If you can do it during the day..go for it. I like the product. I’m 60 and I feel and look better when taking it on a regular basis. Just find which works best for you
