First off, as someone else said the bottle looks suspect at first glance. However, I can feel it working and that is what matters. That said, the combination of sea moss and black seed oil, along with adaptogens like ashwagandha and anti-inflammatory turmeric, makes this a well-rounded supplement. It’s particularly great for me because I don’t want to take multiple pills throughout the day.
The capsules are standard-sized, easy to swallow, and don’t leave any unpleasant aftertaste. I’ve noticed an improvement in my energy levels and overall wellness since I started them. It says to take with food, I don’t, and have not experienced any issues.
One thing to keep in mind is that since it has a long list of high concentration ingredients, you may want to talk to your doctor if you’re taking other medications to make sure there are no potential interactions. But overall, I’m thrilled with this supplement and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their daily health regimen with a natural, potent blend.

It’s probably too early for me to access any health benefits, but I’ll update my review if I notice anything positive or negative.
I’m pretty new to the supplement world, having gotten turned on to Omega 3 supplements several months ago. I took an algae gummy, and shortly afterwards, my daily back pains greatly reduced. I’ve been trying to take Omega 3 for anti-inflammatory properties, but am trying to find the right daily amount. The hemp gummies out there are woefully lacking in 3 content. I also sometimes take zinc for immune support, too.
These pills contain both zinc and Omega 3, in addition to a ton of other listed ingredients (most of which I am ignorant of the health benefits). It also lists the amounts of the ingredients, which is helpful. Some supplements advertise certain ingredients or benefits, but then don’t even show a quantity on the label.
Anyway, my review will stay at 4 stars, unless I notice a helpful health benefit in my life.

This comes in standard supplement packaging. There is a slight smell, but not too horrible. The pills were not cracked and opened in the bottle like some others I have tried.
They are standard size so if you can swallow standard capsules you will be fine with these. I found I could take them with or without food and had no stomach upset.

We use more than a couple supplements. It’s not always possible to know how well each is working individually when taken with others. Over the years I have learned to use the label and the ad to judge the quality of a supplement. I use not only what IS there, but also what isn’t there.

PROS:
Ingredients are purported to be good for Immune & Digestive Support, as the title states.
Current on sale price of 65% off, $8.50 for 30 servings makes the daily cost an affordable 28¢.
CONS:
Requires 2 capsules per serving. I prefer one.
Regular selling price of $24 for 30 servings makes the daily cost 80¢. That’s a bit higher than I like when I’m considering adding a supplement to my daily regimen.
Items are not organic.
Item states ’18 Beneficial Ingredients’, yet 7 of those combined into a blend are only 200 mg TOTAL. The small amount of these 7 ingredients, if they were even, would only be 28 mg each, spread over 2 capsules.
The use of blends, or complexes, doesn’t reveal the amount of each individual ingredient. The amount of each may change from batch to batch, and as long as the total amount of the blend stays the same, the label doesn’t have to change and the consumer is not informed. I prefer to be an informed consumer – I want to know exactly how much of EACH ingredient is in my supplement. If a product works for you one time, and the next bottle doesn’t, see if a blend was used. It could be one of the key ingredients that was beneficial to you is present in a lesser amount.
There is no information on the label regarding where the product is made. The country of origin in the product details says China. I prefer this information to be on the label.
