I really like this cleansing oil. I have combo skin. It washes off easily, removes sebum and dirt, and the texture is quite runny and thin. It does have a light scent from essential oils and I’m sensitive to smells so I wish it was unscented but after after using it daily I stopped noticing the scent. I’m a big fan of this brand. Wasn’t sold by the official brand or by Amazon but I needed it fast so I took a chance on a random seller with really good ratings and got an authentic product

I’ve been using the infamous DHC’s cleansing oil. After using it for a couple years, I wanted a change. I tried all sorts of cleansing balms and oils. DHC did the best job for the price but it is thicker compared to Round Lab’s cleansing oil. However, I noticed that DHC worked better when I wore make up for that day. I think it’s because the oil would have something to latch on and work. Kind of like how people say to not completely wash dishes clean before loading them into the dishwasher, so the soap can latch onto the leftover food grime and clean the plates. I don’t know if that makes sense or not.
Anyways, Round Lab’s cleansing oil is thinner, light scent, and works well for me REGARDLESS if I wore makeup that day or not. I also like how my skin feels after I wash it off cuz it doesn’t feel clogged, oily, and too dry whatsoever. All I can say is my skin feels clean and nice (I do follow up with a foam cleanser after). If I could give out grades, I would give DHC an ‘A’ and Round Lab an ‘A+’

Update: still doing amazing. No break outs. Skin is still soft. I love it.
I have combination skin. I’m a 40 year old white woman with sensitive skin and rosacea. Thin skin as well. So I have to be careful. I gave combination skin. Forehead is dry and flakes, cheeks normal, and chin oily. I use oil based cleansers for my forehead since it soaks up foundation like a dying man in the sahara. But they’ve always been thick and made me feel a bit icky after. This cleanser is so light. Almost too light. I thought maybe it was tampered with and watered down. But I don’t think it is. Massaging it gently on my face for 1m and rinsing then drying. My face feels like baby skin. So freaking soft! I need to stop touching my face. It feels so nice!!
I’ll update if I break out or if it works long term, but so far im hooked!

This leaves my skin feeling soft after use but I feel you definitely need another cleanser on top to take the oily feeling off. Doesn’t have much of a smell but it is quite nice I do recommend
