This is very dense butter. I find myself having to press hard to get some out. The label is correct, you only need a small amount to rub together and create a good amount for your arms/legs/ etc.
It’s very very moisturizing don’t rub it in and lay down with no clothes on, you will leave a stain lol.
It’s safe to put in your hair or skin.
I thought there would be a scent but there isn’t one. The word Mango made me think it would be one.

raw and natural mango butter, perfect to add into homemade body butters and what not! it has a soft whipped like texture to it which is extremely pleasant and unexpected! (its my first mango butter so i didn’t know what to think at first), however, such a tiny amount goes a long way with moisturization and hydration for my skin omg! also it barely has any scent that i have noticed.. its maybe a hint of something but i can’t tell what it is. this might be my favorite butter so far next to raw cocoa butter. the softening effect it gives my skin with such a small amount is crazy, it really lasts for a long time!

1st time buying this ‘mango butter’ is it suppose to be an exfoliating rub? I needed to soothe dry skin. After rubbing in the sand particles it blends in somewhat, I wouldn’t buy this brand again. Or is it just a feature of ‘mango butter’? Goes on rough.

This is a very large tub of mango butter. I love these body butters and use them all the time. When you open it (there’s no safety seal) it’s almost like opening a tub of margarine. Anyway, inside the butter which is a shade of white has a chunky look.
I take a bit and warm it between my hands and then apply. There’s a large amount of body butter here. The only disappointing thing for me is that there’s no scent. I had it in my head that this would smell like mango ( a scent a love) and I would have preferred a scent to this. I have rose butter which smell lovely, and IMO the scent adds a lot to a product.

Nice, smooth and creamy. Blends well with shea butter and coconut oil as well as olive and avocado oils will definitely purchase again!

My sister is newly married to a man from Ghana… They welcomed a little boy in summer and it’s been a learning curve to know how to best care for the different oils.. melanin and his beautiful and sensitive skin.
With cold weather and need for synthetic heat.. babies skin has struggled from newborn soft to feeling parched and dry even on his small head of hair.. its just so dry!!! Doing research we navigated towards Sheanefits raw and unrefined mango butter.. which btw- got the stamp of approval from his daddy! He states its reminiscent of a product used in Ghana when he was growing up.. Kudos for authenticity!
This comes in a tub like margarine and has virtually no smell..a tiny letdown if anticipating a mango scented goodness..!! Note: this is all about oils and extracts from various natural sources to best quench and nourish the driest of needs. Any use of perfumes/dyes can exacerbate dryness so, I see why a fragrance is obsolete!
Use: Removing a small amount (solid scoop) this changes consistency on contact with your hand- the heat and rubbing friction turns this into a spreadable cream to coat affected parts of the body. HACK: to keep tub content free of bacteria.. Use a plastic disposable spoon to extract. This way unwanted germ wont get inside tub from hand and the unused portion stays pure and germ free!! You’re welcome for this.. Ohh ohh oh, spoon is an easy measuring tool as well!
A product that keeps on giving- his dad showed us how this can be applied around the hairline and even pulled through the hair itself. I know.. this may be dependent on diff. hair type- but it was absorbed like a sponge by morning! After a solid week of use results have been stellar! Dry patches dissipated to almost nothing! Plan is to continue maintenance use all thru winter.. this will help little guy stay juicy and hydrated!
A great solution for any with sensitive skin issues.. this will do the job and step up in spades! Worth the price and will last longer then expected. Hoping this info can help your decision.. stay safe.
