Yup, tried it like the directions instructed and it does not shrink my eye bags or swelling at all. I tried it on one eye at first to see if there would be any difference, but there was none. I switched the application to the other eye, and still it made no difference and had no effect on either eye. If you have swollen or baggy eyes, don’t waste your money, this product won’t do what it claims.

I didn’t realize this was something that existed. I have tired looking eyes often due to either bags or puffiness. If I don’t sleep well, either. The stick is pretty small and just rolls on. Immediately I feel a cooling sensation and in about 10 minutes I can notice my eyes look more awake. It’s great for both after you wake up and before you go out for the night.
