I love the Nubian Heritage lotions and this one with Coconut and Papaya scent has been my favorite for several summers. I smooth it all over after a shower and use it on my hands at bedtime. It smells so good I wish I could eat it! The only problem with all of their lotions is that they aren’t really lotions, at least in my climate. They are fairly solid. More like a cream. So they don’t come out of the bottle! My solution is to cut the bottle in half with a serrated bread knife and scoop it out into jars with a rubber scraper. Not a big deal, but I’m hoping they change their packaging at some point. Anyway, I love this stuff and it makes me feel like I’m pampering myself with a bit of the tropics.

I wish Nubian Heritage “Coconut and Papaya” lotion was available at every store possible. It is sort of hard to find but by far the BEST lotion I have ever used. It has substance and comes out semi-intact, but it is so sleek and smooth as you apply it. The scent is just amazing–not too much but just enough, and you get a lot in a bottle. It’s sort of hard to squeeze out when you get past the halfway point, so I often take the top off and squeeze! But regardless of how you get it out of the bottle, once it’s in your hands, you’ll love it!

Wonderful product. Thick and moisturizing lotion! Wonderful, feminine scent! Quality ingredients which is of utmost importance to me. I avoid chemicals and unnatural additives and it’s difficult to find lotion that is good and doesn’t cost too much. Very pleased with Nubuan Heritage lotion!

the scent is wonderful….lasts for hours. I tried to put some in a smaller container so it would be easier for travel. It’s so thick I had a very hard time trying to accomplish this task.

Super moisturizing! Papaya exfoliates dead skin and leaves your skin feeling baby soft and I am an old lady, lol! Oh yes, smells great too. Yes, it’s very thick. I store it upside down and take the lid off to get it out. Sure it’s a bit of work but it moisturizes like no other. I put it on before I shower to take advantage of it’s exfoliating property. Then again after I shower, the result is very soft skin. Rough skin on your neck? This will smooth it out. I will buy forever!

This lotion is more like a thick cream. It definitely leaves my skin feeling silky smooth even at the end of the day my legs still feel moisturized and smooth. Not at all sticky either. It is a little hard to get it out of the bottle because of its thick consistency but I just turn it upside down and post it up against something so it’s easy to get product out. If you are a fan of the palmers cocoa butter you might like this as well. This has a cocoa butter/coconut scent with a little floral/tropical scent as well.

This is my favorite lotion. I oftentimes receive compliments when I use it. The only reason I will not give it five stars is because it is extremely thick and hard to get out of the bottle after the bottle is no longer full. Putting the bottle in a hot shower does seem to help if you use it immediately following your shower.

I love this stuff especially in winter when my skin gets super dry. It’s smells good enough to eat, but the scent isn’t overpowering. My only complaint is that it’s so thick and luscious that it’s really hard to get out of the bottle using the squeeze method. Instead, I decant it into shorter tub with a lid and cut the bottle open with my pocketknife to get all the goodness out.
