The ingredients in this supplement are very much trending for various reasons, including testosterone levels, libido, and general energy levels. I like that there’s even the full zinc serving. I will say that I feel a very slight, almost unnoticeable, rise in energy after a couple of hours with this supplement, but nothing crazy. A number of the ingredients are meant for long-term effects anyway.
My major complaint is the severe nausea I feel when I take this. Most supplements and medications I take do not make me nauseous, even if I take them without food. This supplement, however, makes me feel very nauseous, even when I take it with a protein bar. I would definitely recommend taking this after a full meal if you want to avoid this.

Got the pills very quickly and I am excited to incorporate these daily multivitamins into my daily regimen. The combination of ingredients and their relative dosages is insanely beneficial. Where can we even begin? The main draw in my mind is the Shilajit – which has proven time and time again is a phenomenal substance (especially for men) in fending off disease, increasing energy, aiding in more rapid exercise recovery, prolonging life, etc. The other ingredient which got my attention is the Ashwagandha – which has been proven to reduce stress, lead to better sleep, and increase testosterone levels in men. The daily supplement also includes Zinc, Magnesium, and sea moss (better gut and cardiac health), Tongkat Ali (muscle growth and development), among other ingredients. thus far I have taken two servings over the last two days. The pills were easy to swallow and didn’t wreck my stomach at all – although it might be a good idea to take them with a healthy breakfast. Overall I am pretty impressed with the choosing and inclusion of some of these substances.

The product seems to work really well , I definitely feel more energized and I notice less stress and anxiety …….however the pills taste absolutely awful do not mix them in a smoothie they will ruin it completely ,it does help regulate bowel function though

At first I was worried that these capsules wouldn’t have the same effect as the black tar that I’ve grown to love, but after using them for a month I’m convinced. Seems to have enough of each ingredient to have an effect. Much easier to just pop a pill and know that you’re getting the full amount as opposed to having to try and down an entire cup of coffee or whatever and hope that you put in enough product to have an effect. I will definitely be adding this into the rotation on a permanent basis.

This helps make this supplement a good value compared to purchasing all of these other supplements separately. First time taking them…Please don’t take these on an empty stomach, after taking these in the morning, they came right back up 10 mins later and tastes horrible! Could be a good product just not on an empty stomach.
