I like this body oil from one of my favorite brands. It’s very pretty on my skin, however I’m not in love with the scent. It’s just not my cup of tea. This has to be use immediately after showering otherwise it’s very sticky and uncomfortable. Other than that it’s decent.

I love this Hempz Glow Oil! It smells absolutely amazingg. It has a nice sheen to it that’s perfect for summer (or hoa hoa season). It’s super easy to apply, but it is a little heavy on the skin. It’s fairly good at keeping hydration locked in, and the scent does linger. It’s super shimmery in the sun, but it does transfer a little bit so I would make sure to try to wipe this off before bed lol. This is definitely more so for the shimmery effect, but it leaves my skin feeling nice and supple and smooth!

This is advertised as a body oil, but to me it seems more like a hybrid between a body oil and a cream – it is quite thick. It has a variety of different seed oils in it – hemp, sunflower, avocado, coconut, and many more. It has a very subtle shimmer to it. My wife feels that it has an appropriate amount of shimmer, and does make her skin take on a bit of a glow. It’s also very hydrating. However, given that it has so many oils in it, it does take longer to absorb into the skin than a typical lotion would. In the end, though, it’s much more hydrating.

Alrighty this oil’s shimmer is not a glow like you would maybe see in a highlight but more like glitter. I was hoping for a “glow” or a sheen, not literal sparkles. So for the look part? This was not for me.
Another con was the application. It is easy enough…I put it on after a shower to lock in moisture. Having said that…weirdlyyyy, even after having exfoliated, when putting this oil on the damp body, there’s some particles that form. Like little shreds of oil. I found this weird and unpleasant. It also does not feel very hydrating so I still paired it with lotion, which I typically do anyway.
Now the pro, which could just be the end all and deciding factor, the smell of this product. Ohhhh my freaking goodness!! This product smells amaaazzzzing. Like straight up caramel candy and fresh vanilla bean paste. It smells so delicious. This smelled so good I will continue to use it!

For the price,this disappoints. The scent is so light,it dissipates very quickly. It did nothing in the way of moisturizing. It left my skin feeling sticky and gross. The shimmer was very bronzy,and just looked super unnatural and weird on my skin. It almost gave me an orangish hue. Definitely not something I will use again.

This not only smells amazing but also gives me a beautiful glow. Perfect for when I want a little natural shimmer on my body especially when I’m wearing something a little more revealing. Feels super nice on my skin and isn’t too greasy or heavy on my skin.
