Great quality supplement and it is somewhat palatable! I’m sure you can mix it with something if you find the taste overwhelming but I just squeeze a dropper full straight into my mouth!!!

Every other Zinc I’ve tried (all organic ones) have made me super sick and most of the time I throw up. I read one of the comments from the Doctor Who makes this product and he said that you were only supposed to get a certain amount a day so this milligram is perfect for me and I felt a difference right away I have bought them for my friends and family it is so wonderful they all love it as well. This zinc is not very tasty and gives me a chalky taste but I believe in this lab and therefore this product.

This is the 3rd product I have purchased from Global Healing. I must say I am impressed! All of the products have been of very high quality and I think this is the best Zinc I have every purchased and I have tried many. It even tastes far better than other zincs I have tried. I put it in orange juice. It has been very effective. I think it is effective at a lower dose than others too. I appreciate that it is organic. Overall I am very pleasantly surprised. I think the product is great, but I can only take one drop with each meal. If I took more than that it upset my digestion. I think body weight considerations or dosage recommendations could be more detailed.
