After years of searching and too many products later, with skin damage from high dollar name brand goop, my wife’s sister recommend this goop to my wife. This goop actually works !!! I even tried it and it worked on me too. Amazing, Somebody made an affordable goop that actually works. Now, to all the corporate geniuses at E 45 cream company. DON’T SCREW IT UP AND MAKE IT NEW AND IMPROVED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don’t mark it up like the high dollar garbage that doesn’t work either. If you have a brain somewhere in those skulls of yours, word of mouth will make this the best selling goop on the planet. Don’t waste money advertising and raising the price to pay for the lame ads. Let the marketplace and word of mouth do it’s thing. All you geniuses have to do it keep it affordable and don’t ” New and improve ” the formula. How you corporate geniuses justify your big salaries with your dumb ideas is a dis-service to the folks who work for a living. Every time my wife has found a product she likes and actually works, the companies discontinue it and replace it with something that is garbage. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it !!!

As My husband has psoriasis with flare ups his skin is extremely sensitive so I’m careful to read all instructions and reviews I thought the flammable part should have been first and explained better, If product was helpful we could deal with it, the cream is thicker very oily and no scent, I also got lotion because there was such emphasis of the things that made them different it was slightly less thick but same thing except the lotion for some reason made my husbands face sting burn feeling he compared it to what it felt like when alcohol or sun screen was an ingredient so we are earlier in still trying to give it a chance but my advice is but one of both small size to try frist my husband seems to like the cream which is weird he usually goes for the lotions

I’m in heaven! The consistency is a little runnier than I thought it would be, but that actually makes it a lot easier to spread. I followed the directions I found on the E45 website Eczema Advice Programme which advises smoothing the cream to follow the direction hair grows. LOVE THE FACT THAT THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO FRAGRANCE OR ODOR WHATSOEVER! My skin is VERY sensitive and I need to avoid perfumes, colors and most preservatives. I was a little worried about the lanolin since I have a wool allergy. I looked up Medilan and discovered that it is an ultra-purified hypoallergenic medical grade lanolin that has been shown to cause almost zero sensitization. I applied the cream to one forearm first to test how I would react and all I can say is that the skin on that arm now feels like NORMAL skin and the other one still feels like sandpaper. In most other creams I’ve tried (Eucerin, Nivea, and many many more) the first ingredient is WATER and the odor is overwhelming (sometimes even in the ‘fragrance free’ ones). In E45, water is the LAST on the list. Only downside is waiting for it to ship from the UK takes soooo long.

This cream is complimentary to my sensitive skin and it is not thick. I avoid creams that are thick or have ingredients to sensitive skin. I put this on before bed I feel my skin is hydrated. I recommend this moisturizer because it is part of my daily routine.

I live in New England and once the summer changes to fall and the humidity goes, I have a tendency to develop major dry patches on my face. I’ve tried so many creams and lotions that I’ve lost count. Have a drawer full that either just didn’t help or irritated my skin further.
This one works really well and can quell the dryness in just a couple of uses. It also doesn’t burn or sting when put on raw sensitive skin. Although the tube has much less product than the tub, it’s easy to keep the tube in my purse so I have it all the time.
I find that I can use this under foundation with no pilling. Pretty much keeps my face moisturizered the full work day. If I need to put more on a dry patch, I can just powder right over this cream and back in business.
With all the really emollient ingredients, I figured this would be way to sticky and greasy to use on the hands – not so. I use just a little daba. It absorbs quickly and keeps my hands nice and soft.
I can’t say enough how great this cream is! I always keep an inventory of this so I don’t run out.

I’ve been using this product for about a month now and it is such a great product! My skin was super dry and sensitive and after using this product, it’s not as dry anymore. Definitely recommend.

My baby girl had had issues with Eczema all her life, she’s 14, and on our cruise to Bohamas she broke out in her arms, being her legs, like usual, with horrible, red, itchi, Open sores l. I remember at every port, I stopped at every pharmacy to ask what was available to help het eczema, until I found a humble looking pharmacy at one of the ports, Belize and I asked the pharmacist, who happen to be an “American ” if they had anything for eczema. She adked if we had tried E-45, I said “no” not available in the States, I reluctantly bought it. I had tried so many different prescriptions steroidsand nothing seems to work for her. I was of skeptical about putting anything on my baby girls skin. The pharmacist talked/educated me about it. ToldMrthere are no side effects, no steroid. We Loved it. Within 30 to 40 minutes my baby’s skin began to improve, clear up and in a 24 hour period her skin healing and improving. I am so thankful to God for putting this product in my path.
