After this terrible 25 minute experience with dove customer care…. I will no longer be buying dove. I have purchased dove my entire adult life but this was probably the worst customer experience call center I have ever dealt with. It should have been an easy fix send me the missing pump.Nope nothing….

A refillable bottle needs to have the ability to be refilled. The only easily purchasable product are the “starter kits.” This means if you want to buy the small concentrate, you need to buy an entire new aluminum dispenser. Either a total scam or oversight on Dove’s part. Sell the refills!

The soap is great. The recycle part is awesome. The neck of the bottle sucks! You can’t get a scrubby under it to pump it. The idea was great but the execution fell short.
